However, I was very disappointed by the taste and the lack of meat in both the breakfast burrito and potatoes. The burrito was 95% eggs and potatoes with small pieces of bacon shoved at the bottom. It didn't have any flavor and was pretty dry, so I wouldn't recommend it.

There may be parking in the shopping center lot, but I'm not completely sure if it's designated for Better Buzz customers, and Pacific Beach is known for towing cars that park in private lots without permission. Because of that, I'd personally recommend sticking with street parking to avoid any issues. I really like this Better Buzz location because it has a rooftop seating area upstairs, which not many people seem to mention. It's a great place to hang out, enjoy your coffee, or relax for a bit. My only complaint is that there aren't many outlets upstairs, so if you're planning to get work done and your laptop battery doesn't last very long, it can be a little inconvenient. My go-to order is the Caramel Vanilla Latte, which is easily one of my favorite drinks here. They also have a great food selection, including açaí bowls and avocado toast, if you're looking for something to eat with your coffee. The staff has always been super friendly, and I really enjoy the overall ambiance of this location. It's right by the beach, making it the perfect coffee shop to stop at before or after spending time in Pacific Beach. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

I asked if they had any espresso in them because the color was basically just milk. She said, "Oh, I forgot," then proceeded to pour a shot of espresso on top of the already diluted coffee. I tasted it and asked if there was any honey or salt. She said I had ordered a vanilla latte, which I didn't. She finally handed me a "salted honey latte," and it was gross and tasted like milk. We took a morning walk on the beach every day we were there and caught a couple of beautiful sunsets. There were many restaurants and coffee shops in very close walking distance and we were minutes from the San Diego Zoo and La Jolla. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We also sat by the pool a couple of times and had drinks and they had fresh cookies every day which were yummy and I thought really nice. Since I did mention it was our anniversary they had a dozen roses waiting for us in our room and gave us a bottle of wine-really nice :) My only negative was that we were unable to get a room with a king size bed, they said it was based on availability even though I had booked months in advance, so that was disappointing to spend our anniversary weekend in a room with two beds.
