Vegan Large Build Your Own margarita
Crystal M.

A little disappointed. A family favorite, zeeks dairy free cheese pizzas. We got 3 Large Pizzas: Hawaiian & 2 Build Your Own. We ordered 2 large dairy free cheese pizzas both with an embarrassing minimal cheese. In my photo of the vegan cheese, it did not spread over the entire pizza. As you can see the photo there is red tomato sauce just bear with no toppings or cheese on top of it. I'm on the cusp of a two star review, but I'll push it to three stars. Zeek's pizza crust is very good. Service was sparse. Friendly but not attentive & you mobile phone order. Very hands off. I hope to have a much better experience in the future. (With adequate cheese!)

Food: Great Price: Ridiculously high A medium pizza cost me $29.50 ($32.54 with tax). I can get a good pizza the exact same size at mod pizza for $11.39 ($12.53 with tax). Not worth the insane price difference, spend your money somewhere else.

Pizza time!!

Happy hour from 2-6 pm, a nice hike just down the road, needing carbs and liquid refreshments? Definitely fit the bill. Very casual Thursday late afternoon, great happy hour prices on food and drinks. This time, of course after a hike in the woods, tried the 'Tree hugger', loaded with veggies, cooked just right w/ crispy crust, lots of cheesiness and fresh veggies. Always many choices of beers, ciders, wines, and well drinks. The Bale Breaker hazy on draft was top rate hazy, good n hazy n flavorful. The Fremont Sea song was just as billed a hoppy IPA, both went well with the tree hugger. Service was great, right on the order, not an empty glass before asking for another. Chill atmosphere on a Thirsty Thursday afternoon. Great place for happy hour carbs after a hike. Happy Yelping and Cheers!

Well we tried this huge chain and were disappointed to say the least! So instead of slices of vegetables on our vegetarian pizza we got small chopped up pieces that really don't resemble vegetables. The crust is thicker and chewy and not a thin crust or pan style. And by the way be prepared to pay way too much for anything you order here! Should be a warning that you can finance via FHA or ??

Ok pizza. $36/large. Quiet inside but steady takeouts. Crispy bottom for the pizza. A bit too thick for me. Fresh toppings. We got the woodblock

Beer & Sean

Love this place! Outstanding customer service and good pizza and breadsticks. Sean was our server/bartender and has all the good vibes, great stories, played great music, and had us laughing the entire time. We will def be back not only for the food but also to see Sean!!! 10 STARS!

Never fails to satisfy! Great pick up service and delicious. So grateful on a busy Thursday night to have Zeek's make dinner so easy. Thanks so much!

Pizza over cooked
Jeff G.

We have been ordering pizza for years from this location. Friday evening was far and away the worst pizza I've ever had from here or anywhere else. It was completely over cooked, tasted like leather. Sent a complaint to their company website and have yet to get a response.

A Caesar salad for over $10. Would have expected the lettuce to be better than this. What happened to this place? So disappointed.

Me and my gf came here on a Wednesday night to eat dinner, have drinks and watched a little live…read morecomedy show they had going on. Never been here before. We came in and got a good table quickly and easily. Were promptly seated and served by a very nice, personable waitress (I wish I could remember her name petite, pretty Asian young lady). She carded us and followed the Covid restrictions. She also took our drink orders and got them out to us quickly. Service the whole time was great. We both ordered food as well. I ordered a dinner entree Chicken Risotto with mushrooms. It was hearty and filled me up...was a little bland to be honest but good once I put some parmesan cheese, salt and pepper on it. My gf got the cheese platter for an appetizer and ravioli for an entree. I tried a bite of both and thought they were yummy. Only recommendation for me personally is put more sauce and/or seasoning on it that really makes it pop in your mouth and add zest to the food. My buddy who is full blood Italian who lives in Issaquah and been to this restaurant a lot says these guys food is always good (and he owns many Italian food trucks and family restaurant so he knows his stuff especially when it comes to Italian food). I think the chef who may have been working when I was there may not have been as skilled in the culinary arts but that does not reflect on the owner or usual standards of good food and service. A chef is like an artist...some are MUUUUCH better than others. You could put 2 artists paintings in a gallery...one is Da Vinci and the other is Joe Smoe who just graduated from Shoreline Community College and makes paintings that look like a 12 year old did it. So overall...I recommend this place! Good food potential, ambience, friendly service, easy parking, good atmosphere and in the cool/old part of Issy off Front street. I met the owner Claude and he is a nice, professional stand-up guy. I like owners like him! Been working hard and a pillar for the community since the early 2000s I believe. I talked with him for awhile. I will come back again sometime and go HARD on another Italian dish. I am not a wine guy (beer guy) but if I was this would also be a great place to go for the wine as they have a nice selection of wines. Also have a full bar so you basically can order any type of drink you like. Go give these guys your business and at least give a shot. Support small, locally owned businesses as they need all the help they can get from the community. They have schedule of events (comedy, live music, dancing, etc) on their website. I certainly will be back again!

The burger is thick and really juicy, great bun and aioli. The fries are perfectly crispy. The pizza had a really great, I'm assuming wood-fired, crust. The duck was tender and sweet and there was a lot of arugula. It's a sparser craft pizza, which is just so delicious when you are looking for something a little heavy but not over the top. While they boast about their craft beer offerings, they have a great cocktail list as well, and I love that they have a specific whiskey cocktail section as well, with a few that are less common at some bars. The Brooklyn is probably my favorite, but you can't really go wrong. Also, a fellow patron asked for a Toronto and the bartender was happy to look it up and make it for him. And what about the atmosphere here?! It's so wonderful in summer! With its narrow design giving a sense that an entire wall opens to the outside and the patio that extends beyond, it feels Ike you are vacationing somewhere tropical and beachy. This somehow combines really well with the industrial vibe of the interior. They also have some TV's for sports. The service is very friendly, attentive, interactive, and helpful. One thing that was consistent across my three visits, however, was the feeling that the place is always understaffed, so things tend to move slowly. I'm not sure this is the case, it's just the feel you get when it happens the times you visit. This is a bit of a double-edged sword though, since it's such an easy place to just want to sip and nibble slowly while delving into conversation. So, that's not enough to detract a star for now, and honestly I'm already thinking about when I get to eat here again!

From the humble, communal meals of ancient Rome to the opulent court banquets of the Renaissance, and ultimately to the modern emphasis on raw ingredients and global popularity, Italian cuisine has undergone nearly three thousand years of transformation. The ambiance is absolutely wonderful, and the lighting is super cozy--it's honestly the ultimate date spot. The staff is exceptionally well-trained and always smiling. From greeting and seating us to pouring water and offering menu recommendations, the service was seamlessly executed and truly top-notch. In Italian cuisine, there are two hallmarks of an exceptional Risotto: 1. All'onda: When a spoonful is placed on a plate and gently shaken, the risotto should spread smoothly and fluidly like a wave--neither sticking together like a dense clump of rice nor separating into liquid and grain. 2. Al Dente: The rice grains absorb all the rich flavor of the broth, remaining soft on the outside while retaining a subtle firmness and bite at their core. The salad dressing has a wonderfully balanced flavor, and every dish is served in perfectly portioned, bite-sized pieces. Highly recommended!

The tiny cup of white sauce was not enough for dipping all the fries, and the busboy noticed. He asked if we'd like another tiny cup of sauce to finish dipping the rest of the fries in the sauce. I said that was very nice of him to notice and very kind of him to do. Yep, extra charge for that courtesy too! The fact that 3 smallish meatballs were $18.00 and dinner for 2 was $200 was completely our choice and I own that. But sneaking additional charges disguised as courtesies is not cool, nor ethical.
