The zebra/colonel blacks has been my favorite bar for a while. I've always asked the security what their policy on sexual harassment is. I can now say I am shocked and disgusted by how their staff acted in such an unprofessional manner. Maybe if we were rude or non compliant I would understand but we were respectful, doing nothing wrong, and just wanted to pee. All the while the staff was doing this and they still had people in their bar area and a full table of poker players. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting two women were treated this way.

They might be just not drying the salad and pulling it straight from the fridge. It was gross. Both of us were still hungry but couldn't punish ourselves into finishing it. Service: Service at the hotel has been fantastic so far -- everyone has been friendly and helpful, so the terrible service at Alpenglow was a big shock.
