The cinnamon pretzels are the best pretzels we've ever had- wow!! They're soft, coated in cinnamon sugar, and accompanied by the most delectable icing. I'd return just to get these for dessert. The buff bites were also excellent- I got the huckleberry BBQ sauce, it hit the spot, and definitely was enough for a meal. My husband got the country fried buffalo steak with mashed potatoes and also loved it. It's standard bar/grill food, something for everyone, but be sure to get the pretzels!

They share the building with other businesses and a nice lobby area to wait in. For cocktails, both husband and son ordered Old Fashions 1910! Made perfectly! They really enjoyed their drinks! I ordered the Flat Iron Steak and a House Salad. The steak.came with a chimichurri sauce, asparagus, and potatoes au-gratin. The steak was a pergect size, 8 oz. The star was the potatoes au-gratin! My husband ordered the Bison Meatloaf. Something you can't get just anywhere. Came with asparagus abashed potatoes. Generous size and he ate every bite! Excellent choice! My son ordered the Chicken Prosciutto Pasta. Perfect portion! Prosciutto was fried up crispy! He enjoyed his selection. We were too full dessert but could not pass on their Blueberry Bread Pudding. We took it to go along with Huckleberry ice cream and enjoyed the next day! Our server was Haeley and she was excellent. It wasn't even kept under a heatlamp between the era when it was made and when it was served. Edges were dry and cold, not even warm in the center, zero juice. I get it, resort prices, convenience of eating in the Summit Lodge, trying hard not to complain about the $25 price, but it was just a limp cold burger. Fries? Also cold. I mean, the least they could have done, after recognizing the long time passed between making the meal and serving it, is refresh the fries, no? Cold greasy fries, cold dry overcooked burger. One star at any price. It's not like there's a shortage of burger options right at the Summit either. Am I going to complain that it was $75 for three burgers at our table? No, not if they were hot juicy Wagyu Cheeseburgers, but then, these were not.

Food and service was pretty average - we like to order an adult beverage before dinner and peruse the menu. We were told the bar was backed up so we should get our food order in. So, not a take-your-time kinda place. Not rude, but not chill. Shared a 1/2 portion wedge salad @ $12 - perfect for two and tasty. Main entrees were a bit disappointing: 8 oz Tenderloin Filet @ $54 was cooked a bit more than requested and it came with (2) baked potatoes which we've never seen before (+ $4 upcharge). The Pan Seared Trout @ $34 was prepared nicely but there is not any flavor; served w/ a Blackberry BBQ but very sparingly. Super bland. Would come back to visit the bar - would consider ordering a burger, but wouldn't return for the main entrees.
