The combination of braised chicken, prosciutto, mushrooms, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and creamy parmesan-mascarpone sauce came together perfectly. Every bite was flavorful, rich, and satisfying without feeling heavy or dry. As someone preparing for a half marathon the next morning, it was the perfect carb-loading meal. I also ordered the Huckleberry Sundae for dessert. If you're visiting the Yellowstone area, do yourself a favor and try something with huckleberries. The ice cream, topping, and whipped cream were fantastic, and it ended up being one of my favorite desserts from the trip. One unexpected bonus was getting to chat with other travelers at the bar, including another runner who was also working toward completing a half marathon in all 50 states. Love the history, love the drinks, love the vibe......... but the bar service is nasty and rude. No names mentioned but on this Friday night our bartender catered only to her friends and was quite honestly nasty and rude. Dark long hair....attitude.... You know who you are. Perhaps do your job and bring customers in as opposed to scare them away because they're not locals. It's a huge pass on this establishment for us and everyone else we talked to.
