The employees were polite and helpful although they did try to upsell services as many places do. I don't recall them asking what type of oil I wanted, although they did at the Valvoline my relative uses. Also, since they didn't have access to the interior of my car, they couldn't remove the "oil change required" notice on the dashboard (as the dealer does) but that was a very minor inconvenience.

This rubbed me the wrong way as a first impression, he then seemed to have an attitude with me from then on. He told me to leave the keys in the car and he would get to it quickly, which he did. My kids took the key from the car so I quickly went to give it to him, again he had an attitude. I said "I have a feeling you are upset with me or something, is there a problem?" He stated in a rude tone, "I just don't feel good today but I am forced to be here." I said "I'm sorry, but I'm still not feeling as though I am receiving good service." He said "I told you I don't feel good" I asked for the manager, he said he was the owner. My thoughts are, everyone has bad days and sick days, even if you are owner.. you don't have the right to treat people this way. I felt extremely disrespected and questioned if it was racism because I am a young woman of color with visible tattoos. He was not warm and friendly at all, I ended up telling him I didn't feel comfortable spending my money with his business. I didn't feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer and did not trust him with my vehicle. Note to the owner, respect your customers. They fund your business and life.

Very disappointing experience with my Tesla Model Y. I specifically brought the vehicle in for a…read morecontrol arm noise coming from the driver side and clearly explained that upon arrival. The shop diagnosed and recommended replacement of both the driver and passenger lower control arms. I ultimately approved repair of only the side making noise for approximately $697 (versus the $1,394 they recommended for both sides). What bothered me most was that after the repair was completed, the technician test drove the vehicle, yet nobody informed me before making payment that the exact same noise was still present. I personally discovered it myself within less than 10 feet of driving out of the shop and immediately returned. The lack of communication regarding the unresolved issue felt very misleading and frustrating. Instead of taking ownership of the failed diagnosis or communication issue, the owner Elvis became defensive and stated the reason the noise remained was because I was "too cheap" to do all the work (both side, $1,397). He also suggested I should have replaced the upper control arm as well, despite the fact that they never diagnosed or recommended prior to the repair. I ultimately took the vehicle to the Tesla dealership, where the upper control arm issue was addressed at a significantly lower cost. While the lower control arms may have shown signs of wear, replacing worn parts that are not actually causing the customer's complaint makes little sense from a diagnostic standpoint. Based on my experience, the process felt more like guesswork than properly isolating the actual issue. Customer service was ultimately arrogant and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious bringing a Tesla here.

Two hours later, at 3:00 PM, I still didn't have my car back. What made the situation even more frustrating was watching another customer come in after me for an oil change and get her car serviced and leave within the amount of time I had already been waiting. I completely understand that delays can happen, but waiting over two hours for an appointment that was supposed to take 45 minutes, with no reasonable explanation, is unacceptable. I've given this place my business before, but unfortunately, after today, I'll be taking my car somewhere else. Zero communication with their clients, the workers don't really seem to care.
