This place is very questionable. Came here to get a tire replaced. Says to me, well when we replace tires we recommend to replace two. Ok no big deal. Then calls me later to say another tire has a bubble. I said " ok well you're replacing two so replace those two bad ones" not rocket science. Well he's quiet and says ok. Get the car and guess what? Tire light came on. lol now keep in mind I was just at belle tire in Joliet and they told me my tires were halfway through their life except for The one bad one. this place is terrible stripped my lug nuts, stripped my lug lock key, stripped the replacement that they ordered, as well as the lock nut its self, also damaged my rims in the processand has left me with no way to get my tires off run run run away from belle tires update that was in three trips to Belle's tires I wound up going to another tire shop or they removed the lock nuts All four of them with no key in 15 minutes i return the bell tires a fourth time thinking I was going to finally get my tires only for them to strip out the regular lug nuts and have to burn the lug nut off with a torch in the process destroyed another rim so then they ordered me a new rim had a return a fifth time to put the new rim and tire on after I left I noticed a noise realized from the torch they warped my rotor now I need brakes contacted customer service and they offered to repair my brakes how nice of them to offer to repair something they damaged sorry Belle tire ain't going to be a six time so to recap that's five trips to Belle tires two rims a set of lock nuts a set of lug nuts and now brakes for four tires ridiculous read more

Called today and asked about how much it would cost to mount and balance 4 tires (275 45 20). The person on the phone quoted $45 per tire... $180 for 4 seems to be way overpriced. Their competitors I called are charging 40% less. Not sure if their equipment and work quality are so much better warranting such a high price. We got a flat tire coming out this way from the city this was the only spot that was open in the area with in a 10 minute radius. They were not only able to get us in and out but they were nice enough to offer the service for free. I will say i did have my own spare tire but they could of took out money and they didn't. Purchased 2 new tires; used their coupon which made it a decent deal. Everything went well until I received a repair list of things that needed to be done in the near future. One was a broken front CV boot. Once I got home I found a big glob of old grease slathered on the CV boot which had slung to the rim as I drove home. I cleaned up all the old grease, checked the CV boot for damage. No leaks, holes, on any of the 4 front boots. I've checked again for a few months, each time, no leaks. read more

Wish I could give zero stars!!! Brought my Ford Taurus SHO in for an alignment.....they test drove it 1.1 miles and averaged 6.1 miles per gallon!!! 6.1 MPG!!!!! You have to drive a car like you stole it to average 6.1 MPG! I drove it as hard as I could right before confronting them and I couldn't get it below 10.5 MPG! I was at Belle Tire in Villa Park Illinois today 3/14/2022 to get 4 tires installed that I ordered on the phone 3 days ago. They were there and the representative Christian was very Courteous. Actually all the guys in the store were very nice. I got an excellent price and the work was done quickly. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable. I am a Tea Drinker and most shops have Coffee available. However, Belle also has Hot Tea available. My car is riding much smoother and not pulling to the right. Lots of good things, brand new store opening in Bloomingdale Illinois in the very near future, almost under roof.

My van had a nail stuck in it and became completely flat and undriveable. By the time I got enough air in it to drive it there, it was 5 minutes prior to closing time. None of the staff made me feel bad for showing up right before closing, in fact, they offered me solutions that they knew would require more time but were safer and in my best interest. I selected Belle Tire in Villa Park, IL. because of their high Customer Service Reviews. Not very common in this area. Today 12/31/21, they won the Customer Service award of the year in my book. Apparently the online tire selection I made this AM showed in stock, but in reality was false inventory. Rod Warfield III called me on my mobile to advise. Unfortunately I was already on my way. Rod made the situation right and vowed to provide an alternate upgrade at no extra charge. This was my first time using Belle Tire, and once there was really impressed with their professionalism and their shop and waiting area that is impeccably spotless. I came here to get the oil changed in my car a couple days ago after Firestone proved to be unreliable. I dropped my car off early in the morning and was told the shop would be in touch with me as necessary. As I suspected I received a phone call about an hour later that I would be needing new tires plus a new belt and a tie rod. I authorized the tie rod and the belt and I told the employee on the phone I would come back in a few weeks to get the tires done. About an hour later I was told that my car was all finished. I was running behind and was not able to come back to the shop before closing time so I called them to alert them of that and they were very accommodating and told me not to worry. I arrived about half an hour after closing time and true the their word I was still able to get my car without any issues. I will certainly be back in a couple weeks to get tires done. Kyle C was able to quote me a very reasonable price for some service I needed on my car and took care of everything in a very timely manner. Kyle and the team here are extremely professional and the shop is brand new. The prices are much more affordable than the exorbitant service fees charged at dealership services centers and the wait is much shorter!
