Second time here, very good location! Alex was awesome once again, had me in and out and took care of my issue without a problem. I recommend coming here for all your tires and brake needs. read more

Overall Good Service. I would have rated higher than 3 stars except for the Customer service that can be improved. Nicole, one of the agents, has never been friendly. She is rude and curt. Ive seen her interact differently with other customers but generally rude to me and to other Hispanics/ Asians. Hate to say that but i have observed this with her often. Poor customer service. I would keep an eye on her. Alex, Jose(?) and the rest are great as usual. Great service in general. Usually busy but would take in walk-ins. Price is competitive. read more

I want to give credit where it's due. Alex from this location is very knowledgeable and professional. He explains in detail what your options are and is very patient with people who are not knowledgeable. It's obvious he's there to help you make the best decision for you and doesn't push you into high priced items that are not necessary. I highly recommend this location. read more

They open up at 8am not 7am as stated on google. Friendly. They didn't have my tire but were able to get it asap. read more

Just Tires - Nice waiting room - Tires Near Me - Elmhurst, Illinois

No question 5 stars review from what I observed hanging out in the waiting room on a super busy Sunday in arctic freeze temps. Observed Tony at the front desk, handle constant calls with excellent service, and graciously take care of a few easy jobs free of charge, even though they were super busy. Right at closing time, he agreed to stay late to take in an out of town guy who was stranded - and gave me a discount to account for waiting. I also stood at the service window awhile and saw the shop workers signing off and double checking each others work. Seems to be a very well run shop with good customer service. I'll keep going back. read more

Messed up a tire monitoring system and gave me a damaged tire. Came in and asked for it to be looked at and corrected. They only fixed the tire which was admitted to leaking. I'm now paying the place I normally go, 170 to get it fixed correctly. I won't be returning. My fault for trying to go close to home read more

Took a car there last month to swap out a tire. $25. Took a different, but same model car there today and the front desk person said $40. I asked them to check my previous service and they gave me a 'one-time courtesy adjustment' on the price, no explanation given for the difference. Not sure how to feel about this. It'll be time for new tires in a few months. read more

Was stranded out in Elmhurst due to a flat tire and don't live near there so was forced to go to a tire shop that was open closest to me. Happened to be this one. I drove about 5 miles on the tire to get there and continuously pumped air into the tire to save it. I asked the worker if he'd be able to repair it he said, 100% no problem the hole is real small and in the center. You don't need to buy a tire. Later manager comes out and she tells me that I have to buy the tire and it's not repairable. She said, "you either buy this $450 tire or I drive out with my flat tire." I bought the tire cause I didn't have a choice, so I kept my old tire. I took it to another tire shop and they said this is 100% repairable and repaired my tire for free! That manager took advantage of the situation and robbed me $450! Do not go here they will scam you. read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS. I've been sitting in this waiting room for over an hour and half for a tire repair. I am a tech myself and I've NEVER taken this long to do a single tire. I swear it's like these techs just pal around back there. read more

I brought my car here to get my rear tires installed, i dropped of my car, came back for it, paid and left. The next day I realized how bad of a job they had done. My wheels were all dirty, white all around my black rim, that according to the manager are lubrications marks, that they did not clean. There is certainly scratches around the wheel from when the tires were installed read more

The service here was unreal- I get it and see it was busy but to turn away a customer and for me to ask the manger/or guy at check in if I could make an appt he straight tells me no because he has nothing til Thursday- when on their website had openings at 2pm- but he tells me Thursday?!? I don't understand and the guy was just plan rude- I won't be coming here- I just felt my business wasn't wanted. Giving it a star but if it were to me I'd give it nothing- read more

Nichole at the front desk was amazing! I went in for a nail in my tire and she noticed I was overdue for my tire rotation and had them do that also. Great service, very accommodating and friendly. read more

Came in for a rotation and tire repair. Nicole was awesome! Super friendly, thorough in explaining work and future repairs, so helpful - reminded me to set out the tire lock so it was easily located. Took pictures of what will need to be done in the future and provided a sense of cost. read more

The guys at this shop are very friendly and do very quick good work. I had a flat tire, a flat spare, and another tire that needed some inspection (was unusually low and thought it might have a leak). I got in to their store only about 1.5hrs before they close and I had only a few minutes between arriving till I had to catch a ride elsewhere. They got all the paperwork and info from me quickly for me to get on my way and then had all the repairs done that very evening so I could use the car the next morning. The fix ended up being so easy/quick for them they just took care of the whole thing. After having a rough day like that with multiple flats, it was really very nice to get a call saying the car was ready and that they fixed it for free. I will definitely be coming back here for any future tire work, checkups, and oil changes. Some general notes: The store is new, modern looking, and very clean. There are quite a few lanes for them to do a high volume of cars. The location is right of of route 83, so it's very accessible to drivers from all over. They are open later than most mechanic shops, so if you work during the day, this is a great location for you. Every person I interacted with was exceedingly professional and friendly. Highly recommended. read more

Well, I'm on my way to pick up a vehicle that was never worked on and no one called to let me know. Turns out our vehicle is too large to lift up for an alignment here. That's not the problem, I understand and was told that it may not be possible. My issue is that no one called to communicate this with me. All the while I am home thinking my vehicle is being worked on. It was extremely important that the job got done as it was my one day off and this is a work vehicle. Extremely disappointed. Will not be coming back here. Bad communication. read more

I took my car here for a flat with a run flat tire. The tire needed to be ordered. The tire came in on time. I made an appointment and the staff took My vehicle to be fixed within a few minutes of My arrival. The staff was very friendly and informative. It was very busy at this location so I would recommend making an appointment or leaving your vehicle there for repairs. I saw the front desk Personnel tell one customer to come back later in the afternoon as they were that busy. read more

Slow. Took a little over 2 hours to get 4 new tires. They told me how much the tires cost but never mentioned all the additional charges which I guess was my fault for not asking. Of course I get e-mailed a coupon the next day for $50 off. read more

I was told over the phone the tire replacement would take 2 hours. When I showed up for my appointment, again I was told 2 hours. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes and to top it off, they underinflated all of my tires. When I drove home all 4 tire sensors went off saying to pull over and check for flat tires. read more

You cannot top the level of service and integrity I was met with at this location. The manager (I believe his name is Aries) is a straight-shooter and made me feel comfortable, even though the price tag of a set of new tires is never an easy pill to swallow. Fun staff, great service. I would easily recommend this team to anyone who is ready for a set of new, quality tires. You're in great hands. Thanks again! -Wyatt read more

Went in for new set of tires, they guy up front was nice and helpful. I thought the price was fair and I wasn't there too long.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Aries the store manager really helped me out when I was in a bind. Will but again from here in the future!

Made an appointment for 1230, around 1 they told me that they had one more car then I would be up in 30 min. And it would take an hour. This is for N oil change. So I went across the street to jiffy lube and was done in 20 minutes. If you don't have 2 hours to kill I would look elsewhere. read more

Friendly, helpful staff. Can be busy so wait times vary. They do what they are supposed to, no complaints.

This guys charged crazy money, 65$ jus fix a tire, any other place charge 20$ for it. 10min job

I flew into Chicago to pick up a car, and arrived just as the snow was starting... I had called Just Tires previously to check inventory and pricing, and to set up an appointment. Needless to say, I was a bit late, but Henry took care of me and got me back on the road in quick time. I'm super happy with everyone at Just Tires; great service and pricing, and the staff is personable and knowledgeable. Henry in particular was awesome! Very recommended; great experience. read more

I had been shopping for 2 pairs of tires for my 2007 Camry and got a fantastic deal at Just Tires. Henry and Jose were great and explained the performance and cost differences and looked up what would be just the right tire for my needs. After calling around some local shops, I realized they not only had a fair price, but they had the tires in stock. They had them all installed, balanced and aligned in less than two hours! The folks here are super friendly and I thank them for a job well done! They even filled out the rebate form so I could get $60 back from Goodyear. A++++ read more

Nobody at desk when I entered waited for like 5 mins, and finally called their telephone number to get a person to come to the desk. They wanted $36 to repair a flat "if it was repairable" The guy said it was not repairable due to the cut on tire, I saId no thanks and got out of there. The next day took to local tire shop Aztek in wood dale and after putting tire in tub of water, it was a stem leak and repaired for $15. Needless to say this place cannot be trusted on repairs, and drive buy and save $$. I also heard Discount repairs tires for free and provides free air. This place should be listed on BBB for fraud. read more

Keep driving! I have been coming here for 15 plus years but haven't bought a set of tires since 2010. The only reason I went back was I had a flat on one of those tires and thought I could get repaired under warranty. Nope. $39.95 for a flat? Not biggest problem... customer service? Nope.needed to keep going to the service bays to flag down some smarmy kid who really didn't want to be there. Come to think of it, I observed only one Tech guy that was pleasant. I will never go back and never give these malcontents another dime. The whole experience was unpleasant and no way was I going to leave my daughter there to wait for the tires. Get a clue- you're in a service, people business. You stink at both. read more

I would not recommend going to this place for anything. I do mot normally write a review unless it has affected me and possibly others, and this is definetly one I had to write. My boyfriend came to this shop to have a tires rotated and told them he also had 2 lugnuts missing and needed that fixed. They let him drive off without having them repaired. To me, this is careless! He luckily was driving on a slow speed street when the tire flew off the car. If this had happened on the tollway, it could have been much worse. A simple repair that could have cost someone injury. All I can say is avoid this place. I hope it is just one lazy careless person, but why take the chance. read more

Scroll down and click on "filters". I don't think its the chain thats terrible, just this location. A friend needed new tires this weekend and this place came up in conversation. Everyone had a bad experience here and we all feel like they just don't want your business. My husband and I both had a tire blow out after just a few weeks and they would give me nothing as a credit and after a lot of friction gave him 50% credit. These were $275.00 tires. When I went to pick up my car I stood there for at least 5 minutes while 5 employees were talking at the counter. No one would even acknowledge me. I will never go back. Who is running that place ? read more
