    What a terrible place! Not coming back here again! First, labor costs are too high. Second, for any replacement parts they tell you one price and charge you for amore expensive one. And lastly, you have to ask for a mileage reset and a next due sticker since they're upset you didn't get the suggested expensive services and didn't finish the job you paid for already! And when you ask for it they do a quick fix with sharpie and give a decorative stroke of sharpie to the windshield too! What is wrong with this place!!!

    UPDATE! ROB, THE FROMT DESK PERSON MESSAGED ME HERE AND SAID I WAS TOO CHEAP!! IM FUMING!! So rude. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. That's so bad. I will note the owner also message and called right after the incident. That was nice. I will NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK THO!! I have never given such a low rating, but Midas warrants it. I was told to come right over to get my muffler fixed......but the mechanic decided not to come to work that day. So Rob, the front desk guy, pulled my car in and took a look at it (all before he even told me there was no mechanic on duty). Rob said they could either replace my muffler and gasket or he could cut the pipe and weld it together for cheaper. I would prefer my car gets fixed the right way! He then quoted me $381.33 (later getting it fixed for only $197). I said I needed another estimate since that was more than I was prepared to pay. He didn't say a word, but stormed off and pulled my car out. Terrible customer service at a terrible price! I was so disappointed and waisted almost an hour this morning getting nothing done at Midas.

    The owner is extremely rude. I arrived for my 10:00am appointment at 10:06am after getting turned…read morearound by GPS. The first thing he says to me is "It's 10:06, you must be new, my regulars are never late." This rubbed me the wrong way as a first impression, he then seemed to have an attitude with me from then on. He told me to leave the keys in the car and he would get to it quickly, which he did. My kids took the key from the car so I quickly went to give it to him, again he had an attitude. I said "I have a feeling you are upset with me or something, is there a problem?" He stated in a rude tone, "I just don't feel good today but I am forced to be here." I said "I'm sorry, but I'm still not feeling as though I am receiving good service." He said "I told you I don't feel good" I asked for the manager, he said he was the owner. My thoughts are, everyone has bad days and sick days, even if you are owner.. you don't have the right to treat people this way. I felt extremely disrespected and questioned if it was racism because I am a young woman of color with visible tattoos. He was not warm and friendly at all, I ended up telling him I didn't feel comfortable spending my money with his business. I didn't feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer and did not trust him with my vehicle. Note to the owner, respect your customers. They fund your business and life.
