No issues whatsoever, no complaints. It looks like others have had major issues with other repairs and appointment scheduling, but I honestly had no problems. I'm happy with the service and glad I was able to get this done over my lunch hour!

I was later informed that the inner and outer tie rod ends needed replacement, which I approved. The total cost was over $500. After picking up the vehicle, the issue remained unchanged. I also discovered that the front right tire had been inflated to 47 PSI. Standard PSI is 35 PSI. I returned the next day, and after another alignment inspection, I was told that worn out front tires was most likely causing the issue. I paid an additional $40 at another shop to rotate the tires, but the vehicle still pulled to the right. When I returned again, I was told they could only refund the alignment charge of $138. In the end, I still have the original issue despite spending several hundred dollars. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the overall service experience.

I suggest what I felt the car needed and explained my situation to Robert Johnson, Store Manager. I told him the car was pulling for a while now and I had messed up my tires so much so that the car would slide in wet pavement. I needed to leave the car to my son, who is a new driver and couldn't leave it in that condition. He asked me to let him look at it and he and his team would make an effort to get me out by 1:30 He set my up in the system and explained I would get an email soon after the check by the mechanic. Sure enough that came quick. He took the time to explain how much everything would be but not to worry they had specials and coupons. He applied all he could and did see my concern so he went one step further and explain what is urgent and what could wait. I felt so reassured and was very happy with the affordability of all the service provided. My amazement came when I sat there... oh yes I forgot he let me set up my mobile workstation so I wouldn't miss work ! But I was in awe of how Mr Johnson really managed the store! He accepted tire orders , placed parts and tire orders, took phone calls and a large amount of walk in customers. The patience and ability to keep order with all of theses things going on was very impressive. He literally explained everything to each and every customer. ALL this in 4 hours because his team stepped up and got me out of there so fast! I was able to go home, eat before heading to O'Hare. Thank you Hillside Firestone and especially Robert.

I get there he's on the phone running his mouth took him 15 minutes to say ill be with you then 15 more minutes to ask what I need while still on the phone just to tell me he would need a couple hours which was fine what pissed me of was the 30 minutes it took for nothing to get done after I was told bring early the next morning. So I left went to a spot called techo auto in maywood my car was pulled in almost immediately and found out my control arm was bent and now my car is being repaired immediately cause this is a quick fix.
