IYKYK..just in case you don't..not impressed with this visit all! Chicken tenders were over cooked, on the rubbery side. Usually this place is good for us. But today we ordered a couple of cobb zalads to carry to work and eat. Disappointed because the lettuce was brown and the zalads seemed smaller than other times. I can understand 1 or 2 pieces but this was much more. Expected a better meal from zaxbys. read more

I was so excited to see a zaxby's commercial showing shrimp since I'm pescatarian. I asked if shrimp may be added to any of rhe four salads offered and they said yes so I chose the Cobb no bacon add shrimp. The size of the salad is nice with and they do not skimp on the toppings-egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, cheese and of course lettuce. Two toast triangles are included but I started to ask for crackers. Didn't need them. I LOVE the soda fountain that gives the different variations on main flavors of coke, mello yellow, etc. I'm hoping they keep the shrimp forever. read more

This Zaxby's is probably one of the worst I've ever eaten at dried yard bird rudest employees not to mention how ugly they are. Was it all of their face and fat they must eat too damn much. Zaxby's fried food looked inside the kitchen and the door was open on the drive-through, the floors of Nest water and grease all over the place. I hope I don't get sick eating this stuff. We've enjoyed the salads here until recently. The quality and quantity continue to decrease while price increases. Ordering is easy and service is quick but if food quality is lacking none of that matters. This was our last visit. Culvers offers a great overall experience. read more

We had a whole church group in front of us as there were 20 people in front of us at the register and they just mowed through the line and there was hardly any wait for our food. I wanted to know things and this day ordered on the Zaxby's website and having it delivered was the task. I was hungry and lazy, okay you got me! I was super impressed with one, the quickness, two the safety seal over the cup; Zaxby you get 5 stars for that alone!! I didn't care for the taste seasoning. Chicken strips were dry. But some people the seasoning is great.

I didn't get a chance to eat at this Zaxby's location, but I had to leave a review based on my experience with (who I assume was) the manager. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, which left a lasting impression on me. Great customer service goes a long way, and this interaction made me feel valued as a guest. My salad had six chunks of grilled chicken, eight small, thinly sliced tomatoes, and eight chunks of cucumber. They neglected to put the cheese and French-fried onions on it. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no dressing, and they put so much dressing on it that the bun was soggy and dripping, and they charged me for a meal. I also ordered a grilled chicken meal and received a spicy fried chicken sandwich with overcooked fries. The restaurant would not answer its phone despite being called around 20 times. The next time we returned, the manager offered us a "generous 10% discount" off our next meal. Someone needs to teach that manager about customer courtesy and customer satisfaction. Evidently, she missed the days when those courses were taught. My goal now is to find out who the franchise owner is and let them know. read more

Listen. I don't usually leave reviews. I barely even talk to people. But Phoenix at Zaxby's has changed me as a person. I pulled up just trying to get a 5 Finger Plate and maybe forget my problems for 10 minutes. Phoenix handed me that box like it contained the secrets of the universe. The toast? Glowing. The chicken? Crispy like it was fried by angels. The fries? Perfectly seasoned, as if Phoenix personally whispered encouragement to each one before cooking. Then they hit me with the "have a good one" and I almost did have a good one -- a good cry, because I've never felt so appreciated while holding a chicken finger. The food has always been good. So no issues there. I ordered online for the first time tonight. I arrived on time and was told it would be 5 more minutes. The dining room in the inside is very nice and inviting although I did not enjoy the food at all. I got chicken fingers with fries, toast and coleslaw. The chicken fingers were dry and the sweet and spicy sauce wasn't enough flavor. The fries were cold, unsalted and soggy. The bread was stale. I did like the coleslaw! The fries could have been better because some of them were still raw in the middle. The White Cheddar Cheese bites were perfect. They were crispy on the outside and super cheesy in the middle. The Sweet and Spicy chicken wings were good but I did have some with super long feathers still attached to them. The toast was as always perfect and delicious. read more
