The food was delivered as expected, correctly even with modification from standard menu specifications. The food was at the correct temperature and attractively presented. The quantity was abundant. Service was executed timely, accurately and with courteous hospitality. The atmosphere was acceptable for a standard restaurant dining area. All the necessary condiments and dining supplies were adequately stocked. The only issue was that the soft drink dispenser ice machine was not functioning properly. The staff had appropriately placed a container of ice on the order counter and were filling requests for ice from there. I trust that management would address this equipment failure immediately. I am not a fan of the Coca-Cola FreeStyle dispensers!!!! They are a bottle neck of well delivered service, frequently not well cleaned and maintained. Please have a "failsafe" ice machine available in the dining room! And, have a stand by soft drink dispenser as well. Do NOT put the dispensers in a corner that blocks access and impedes traffic flow. read more

Restaurant is beautiful! It has the feel of a bbq place. People are nice. Bathrooms are clean. Restaurant is clean. Takes a minutes to get your order- seemed like forever. Over 15 minutes later (and we only had one order of wings and things) we had our food. It seems to take longer to get your food inside than the drive thru; which is a shame. Food should be as quick if not quicker for inside than drive thru. Fast food is not FAST anymore. Fries were barely warm but chicken fingers were hot; the wings , however, were cold. read more

We stopped on our way home from a 4 hour road trip. As we were trying to get close to the counter to order, we apparently bothered the employees. So sorry to interrupt family and friend reunion time. They had friends weaving around the counter, walking between myself and my companion ... between us and the counter .... Around behind us. No one paid us any attention so we left to go somewhere else. The drive thru was wrapped around the building 15 cars deep. No one looked to care about that either. Will not be back. read more

UTA: We are staying at the hotel next door and have watched car after car come in and then leave when they realized it was closed. This is one of the fastest Zaxbys drive thru I have ever encountered. The staff was friendly and the food came quickly. I tried the new Caribbean jerk wings and they were good, but they weren't like authentic Caribbean jerk seasoning. The crinkle fries were good and the Texas toast was only toasted on one side, but I like that. read more

This place deserves its 2 star rating. 3 of our items sat for 10 minutes on a service counter while waiting. No one except a cook/preparer in back would even look at me. The person who appeared to be a manager excelled in ignoring me. He was out of his element and it was obvious. Customer service was not in his skill set. The food was good. And all came out correctly except the "manager" took the dressing's from my salad and I had to go back and ask for dressing. (I saw him do this....) read more

I would NOT recommend. My food was half cooked; fries were cold and very soft. Waited in line forever for horribly cooked food. They were out of bacon. They were out of practically all sodas. So... I don't usually bother with fast food reviews, but since this is newly opened, I wanted to put this out there. It's super busy as expected, however the cashiers are just as rude as any at the other FF joints around Waynesboro, "will that be all?" must have been said 6 times... The food is what's expected at Zaxby's- if you get everything you ordered. TL;DR we waited for quite a while in line to be rushed through our order and not receive everything we ordered and paid for. read more
