We obly ordered two coffees; one black coffee and one hot sugar-free vanilla latte. No lie, we were waiting for over 10 minutes at the window. The girl working the window was unfriendly, unfazed, and rude. When we asked for a manager, we were surprised to learn it was the man who was making a comment about never having heard of a sugar-free latte.
