We were not aware of your strict policies of bringing in anything from the outside and would not have done it if it had not been for a medical emergency. We didn't call ADA, just called you out for the rude way voiced your request. A video review and customers in your establishment can quickly confirm my husband put the can down on your counter when speaking with your hostess and only picked it up to sit and wait for a table to be cleaned. You then proceeded tell us to leave, you did not accept outside trash and you sold refreshments there. Even after we explained the medical situation, the owner refused to let us enter or seat us with the can, which was now empty as there was a wait to be seated, and showed no compassion or understanding.
