My family really likes the calzones. The prices are a little high but at least there's no dishes to wash.

Just when i thought i knew what i wanted, i turned the page and found something else i wanted. I ended up ordering way more than we needed.... maybe i have a problem. In all fairness, the first half of the menu is Italian food, and then it switches over to Mexican. So, i can't really be blamed. We started off with cheese dip, which comes with chips and salsa. We also ordered zeppoles as an appetizer. Then, my husband and I split a spicy chicken salad. Sorry we ate all of that before I thought to take a picture. Next, we dove into the large pizza pie, which was really good. It's a nice thin crust just how i like it. We also ordered a small personal sized white pizza to try out. It was good, but not as good as the regular pizza. It was all so good. Needless to say, we had a bunch leftover to feed the monsters at home.

"Oh you have a table Of 5, here is a small thing of chips and one small thing of salsa... now let me disappear for 15 minutes." You always see the employees sitting behind the counter on their phones while you need drink refills. Every time we go there I end up having to get up more than once and walk to the counter and ask for something we need. We used to just accept the terrible service since the food is good and the prices are reasonable, but after yesterday I don't believe we will be going back.

First off, I already liked Gus because of his awesome name (same as mine ), but both he and Jennifer went above and beyond for us. They graciously reserved us a table and accommodated our family on short notice for my wife Erica's birthday. I'm not exactly the best at coordinating birthday setups, but Jennifer came to the rescue and helped create a beautiful birthday display that made the night extra special for my wife and family. Now let's talk about the food and drinks... absolutely incredible. This was our first time there, and honestly, it felt like stepping into an authentic Italian home where every dish is made with love and passion. The restaurant itself is beautiful and cozy, with a warm Italian atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. The service was prompt, attentive, and perfect from start to finish. You can truly feel the care and heart they put into both the restaurant and their guests. We can't wait to come back again and again. We highly recommend New Santoros Italian Kitchen to anyone looking for amazing food, outstanding hospitality, and a memorable experience. Thank you again, Gus and Jennifer, for helping make my wife Erica's birthday so special and unforgettable! Grazie! -Gus Llerenas

We decided last minute to join some friends who already had a reservation so they canceled ours and added us to our friends with no issue. It was hard to understand why the reservation system showed little availability as the restaurant was half empty. May be they were short staffed. We were seated in their fully enclosed patio at a low table (there were high tops as well). Our server was very knowledgable about the menu and offered up the specials from memory. We started with the focaccia, which I highly recommend! Everyone at our table thought it was the best they've had. It came with a whipped ricotta and olive tapenade, both of which were excellent! For my entree, I had the carnivora pizza which was perfectly cooked. Thin and slightly crunchy, there were not a ton of toppings that overwhelmed the crust, which was good in this case. The calabrian chiles gave it a nice kick and made the meal for me! My only issue was that they got my leftovers mixed up so when I opened them the next morning, it was not my food!

We started our meal with a few appetizers--meatballs--and initially opted for the focaccia bread. Then we changed our minds and decided to try the pizza since everyone raved about how good it was. Best decision ever. Swapping the focaccia for the pizza was absolutely worth it. pizza crust was perfectly crisp yet light, and we ordered a meat-lovers-style pizza that was absolutely delicious. We ate two slices each and had to send the rest back because we left it on the table--otherwise, we would've eaten the whole thing. At that point we were full, and we could've asked for the check, but where's the fun in that? Instead, we decided to split a pasta dish, which turned out to be the perfect portion. The pasta was delicious, the sauce was amazing, and by then we were officially too full to eat anything else. We finally asked for the check, completely satisfied. Overall, it was an amazing experience. The food was excellent, our server was wonderful, and everything was a solid 10 out of 10.

Our kids first time there and we were SO EXCITED! First off, they lost their liquor license. Not a big deal, just means beer or wine. Would not have even cared. Second, we looked at the menu for almost 15 minutes because our server was awful (in a restaurant with 15 tables and three servers). And had made up our minds. She arrives and begins with, "hello, would you like flat water or sparkling water?" - verbatim. We say, flat, thanks. Comes back with that in a refillable open bottle (important) and we are ready to order. Son orders a pizza (this menu is only one page long with maybe 25 items, all encompassed). She says, "we only have pizzas in the winter". (Literally half the menu is pizzas) We order mussels app, same answer.... We finally figure out what 10 items on the menu are available and order four of them. Takes forever. Understandable for quality, but during this experience it feels annoying. Finally comes. Haven't seen our server since we ordered. Order more bread and more water from the food runner. Server checks on us with STACKED EMPTY PLATES and just walks away. Server finally visits and comes with bill and tries to just take my card and put it in mobile reader. I know this is odd but we are all becoming used to it so I try to be "cool". Ask to review receipt and we have been charged for two bottle of "still water" at $8 each. Revert to original greet, which was verbatim. No suggestion of tap water or no water choice; just still or sparkling. On top of terrible service for a $hit ton of money, I am not having it. Question server and she offers no solution. Suddenly Michael, who is an amazing chef and business owner - albeit arrogant a$$hole - comes storming out of the kitchen and tells me he teaches his servers to upsell!! Love that journey for any server, but this was NOT upsell, this was a scam.... He immediately writes my name on a post it note and tells me I am no longer allowed in his restaurant. So, there's that. Food - amazing. Buyer be ware... Such a shame....
