Visited this Wendy's location on 8/23 around 11pm. After waiting 20 minutes for my order, I received a spicy chicken sandwich that was completely RAW. It looked like it went straight from the package onto the bun without being cooked at all. Not only was this extremely disappointing after such a long wait, but it's also a serious food safety concern. read more

This has got to be one of the worst Wendy's I've been too. Sad because it's built nicely but utterly horribly managed. DO NOT go inside - drive thru might be better. Inside there none of the following: straws, napkins, condiments, no soda and no ice, bathroom had no toilet paper and when asked, they had zero to stock. I waited 15min for a chicken sandwich and then they gave me the worst cooked fries that had been sitting for the 15min I waited. read more

We tried to use a kiosk, but the pricing was not the same as listed on the board . We stood there for over five minutes and no one asked if they could help us. Then we approached the counter and stood there as well watching people work, but no one acknowledged that we stood there. After over five minutes of waiting, we left the restaurant. If this is how customer service was, we definitely didn't want to taste the food. read more

Leaving one star because there's no zero option. We stopped here on a road trip to grab dinner expecting normal service. The woman taking orders was talking to multiple other people while we were trying order and didn't get one of our meals. The soda machines weren't working so lemonade was apparently the only option. Ms. Tonya, the assistant supervisor is in a position that she can not handle! I've never waited over 10 minutes for someone to simply acknowledge the fact a customer is at the register to order! When asked how long it would be Ms. Tonya half answers "were under staffed"! That has absolutely nothing to do with the poor level of customer service that was demonstrated today! Went there two days straight and both days they did not disappoint! Food was hot and fresh and the customer service was amazing!

Took us 20 minutes to get a spicy chicken sandwich after ordering in the drive-thru. No apology. Super slow, rude, incompetent staff. Frosty machine was broken. One wrong drink and one wrong burger out of three combo meals. Would not recommend unless you have 30 minutes to coach the staff on how to prepare fast food. read more

It took 40 minutes to get a small grid a cook and a small frosty. They have no regard for the customers and never have any change. The shady dude who was making my friends food had his pants halfway down his butt and pulled it up when he was making my friends food(he didnt wash his hands after) also they argued that I had gotten my food when I hadn't and gave me a small intstead of a medium and I said that it was a small but argued that is was a medium when there is clearly a difference. Terrible service and took 30 minutes to get one burger. They do not care about customers and some shady things were taking place with a customer with a Wendy's t-shirt on. Could not get change and had to get in the back for people to give them change they gave me a small instead of a medium and when I said it was the wrong size they gave me attitude and said it was a medium. They claimed that I got my food when I asked where my food was and argued that I already got it. A worker's pants were below their butt and were pulling them up while making my food. Trash on the floor and tables and trays on the floor. I didn't get what I asked for and Overall the worst Wendy's I've been to and will never go again. read more

I have to say this location has served me great my last 2 visits. Staying at Hampton Inn and have had to work late several times. Gotten back to town and Wendy's and the played out Golden Arches are the only 2 places open. Which in it's self is mind blowing what fast food doesn't stay open till 10? Anyways. Service was amazing food was fresh and good better than what Wendy's normally is or it could be I'm just that hungry. Food is definitely fresh though. Want to give a big Thank You to the staff for what they do and providing those of us that work late a place to eat!! read more
