I knew I still had a couple more hours of riding ahead of me before I got to Clemson, so I didn't want to eat too much, but the price was right and all of the other options were either chains or places whose food just seemed too heavy for me to deal with. There were also a good number of vehicles in the parking lot for a Monday lunchtime, so I felt like it was a good bet. Inside I found the typical layout of a Chinese buffet restaurant, and I was guided to a table and asked for my drink order, then let loose on the buffet. I found on the buffet that the usual items were available... a number of different meat dishes, a couple of rice dishes, some items that were probably aimed at kids who are picky eaters, etc. Oddly, there was no General Tso's Chicken, which I felt was strange, but didn't really have a problem with it being ommitted. I ate my fill, paid my bill, and left without any issues. Really, there wasn't anything special about this restaurant, nor was there anything heinous about it. If you are in the mood for some Chinese buffet food, it will do the job for you.

My family pretty much all went for the rice dinners with wings but some of them did get veggies. Everything was hot and cooked well. I would highly recommend NCR. If there is something I would recommend them iterate is the Rice with Wings large dinner comes with 3 wings and I ordered an addtl wing for $1. I would recommend they say 2 drumlettes and a wing instead of saying wings as I thought it was an entire wing which I associate with a drum, wing together.
