So the lady that handled my order was great her name was Briley. She was friendly and courteous. The food was good as well. The place was inviting and music being played was good. What I didn't like was that a man( General manager) yelled at her for giving me additional sauces without charging me. He yelled at her in public . Maybe she wasn't aware but that was extremely uncalled for . I went back up to her and gave her the money for the sauces. So I had a craving for some Zaxby's today. So I went in and got me a Big Zack Snack. That includes three chicken fingers, a serving of fries, a slice of Texas toast and a small drink. Which is more than enough for me to eat. The young lady who took my order had a little bit of difficulty inputting my request into the register my order since I wanted the chicken fingers covered with tongue torch sauce, it took her a few minutes and she had to have some assistance to put it into the system but it finally got taken care of. My meal came out fairly quickly and my chicken fingers were hot but the fries were not so warm. The Texas toast was delicious like normal. Overall my experience was good and I do truly like the chicken at Zaxby's! read more

I don't understand why all of the chicken at any Zaxby's is old chicken. The bones are almost black or black from age, a sign it's very old. Usually the french fries are really good, but this visit they were cold and not cooked all the way through. The grilled chicken salad was ok, but I didn't like the wings. I asked for traditional wings dry or naked, because I like crispy wings. I guess you can't get them that way. I was not really impressed with my meal. I ordered it off of post mates and maybe it just took too long or it was just wasn't that fresh to begin with. Their "special sauce" is pretty tasty I will say that much. but that is basically it. I didn't experience the same as everyone else. The cheese balls were the best out of the whole order. The problem I have with this Zaxby's is not the quality of food...Its everything else. On multiple occasions, I have gone to this Zaxby's and the wait time is always ridiculous. This past weekday, I waited for over 20 minutes, to then hear the manager say that we are no longer taking any orders. As a fast food restaurant, its anything but fast. Furthermore, the cleaniness of this place is also a concern. With Covid numbers continuously raising, this is not ok. Please take the extra drive and go to the Zaxbys a little further away. We stopped here for lunch on a Sunday. It was pretty busy and crowded but didn't help the system was down for a few minutes. I gave 2 stars just for the food. Everything else was lacking. This store needs a serious deep clean. Everything felt slimy or sticky. Best chicken strips around! My favorite fast food restaurant! Best chicken fingers outside of Elephant Bar in California!! Tender, juicy white meat tenders, creamy crinkle cut fries, texas toast, and great coleslaw (think KFC slaw) and many dipping sauces to choose from. My favorite is their honey mustard., Of course you can get sandwiches and salads, which are great too, but I seemed to go back for the chicken tender plate. Portions are generous enough and prices are comparable. Restaurant is inviting and clean. Always a great lunch choice. Even my 3 year old twin grandsons love this place!! read more

We love Zaxby's and eat at them frequently. While traveling to Tampa, we decided to stop in. It was an hour before close and they had already mopped and the tables were wet. My child ordered a kids grilled cheese and couldn't eat it because the bread had so much salt on it. Our salads were thrown together haphazardly and I was told I couldn't have buffalo chicken on my Cobb salad. (I order this all the time at other locations). It was disappointing as we are huge fans of the chain. The staff was closing the whole time we ate and one of our salad plates was broken. I go to this establishment fairly often and the food is always excellent. My only issue with the food is the quality of French fries. They used to be soft, with a bit of a crunch. I like that it is a fast food experience where you can get in a out pretty quickly if needed and go through a drive thru but if you dine in- the atmosphere is more of a restuarant type of setting.
