Great experience! Kimora our server was great. Friendly service, delicious burgers, quick even though they were cooked to order, clean facility with employees also cleaning while we were eating. Highly recommend. read more

I eat here often when attending concerts and other events across the street at the Fairgrounds. Prices are high for a burger fries and drink, although this latest time I was told the large fry I ordered comes with a free drink. This is a mid-level burger place based on their prices and burger size. They are tasty and have numerous optional ingredients and sauces you can add. Love this! Fry size is enormous. Definitely split it with someone. They now have a small fry for one person and a regular fry, which is also pretty good size. Love how they fill the fry cup up and keep dumping more fries in the brown paper bag. And LOVE the Cajun fries, which you can order straight up or on the side if splitting fries with someone wanting regular flavor. Wait time can sometimes be lengthy if they are busy. Think this is because they wait to put burgers on the grill until you order, so they are super freshly made. Would rather wait for fresh & hot. You can order ahead on the app or website; although I have never tried that. Never had a soggy burger or fry at this location as mentioned in many poor reviews, so maybe they've recently focused on this. I'm always happy and they keep the tables wiped down pretty regularly. Free peanuts still offered... Good appetizer while you are waiting for your food. Drinks are Coca-Cola brand plus so many more in the fancy, huge dispenser that allows you to add flavor like vanilla and cherry to your selection. Love this! This location always seems to have everything in stock and even had a second machine side by side. read more

I really don't go to Five Guys often but with traffic the way it was I wasn't interested in driving. The chocolate shake was surprisingly good. The service was quick and the burger was more than enough to fill me up. I got a bacon cheeseburger and added bbq sauce. Super worth it. The free peanuts was a nice touch. Clean restaurant an employee was cleaning the entire time. The outside seating with the birds was the best seat in the house. Also the squirrel that lived in a nearby tree was always wanting a handout. Quick and efficient service. Quality and hot food. Fries were salty for my taste which is why this got a 4 star. Also because of the price. Nearly $40 before the tip to feed two people. That's sit down restaurant dining prices not fast food prices. read more

I went to five guys and the service was great. I was serviced promptly and efficiently.

My wife and I had lunch here a few times after our stay at the hotel. The service was great and the burgers and fries were delicious and seasoned very well. Most places don't know how to season fries at all. I loved the fresh made fries made out of real potatoes not frozen. Overall I will say every time we are at the hotel we will be coming here to have lunch. read more

I have eaten here multiple times and it's just as amazing as all the other times I have eaten at a five guys, the food was delicious and perfectly cooked, the service was amazing, and the inside was very clean. Definitely will come back here again. read more

You'll regret going... I've got absolutely nothing against the staff, they did a good job. $21.74 for a little bacon burger, little fry and regular soda... That's why it's 1 star. The burger tasted good, not worth $9.19. The fries were good, not worth $5.49. My regular soda was gross, the machine mix was off, most likely the soda had run out. You get free peanuts, stale. I went to Five Guys years ago in Chicago and it was fun, the burgers were better than anything you'd get from other fast food chains at the time. Now I feel like a sucker. Fast food used to be unhealthy but cheap and fast... Probably never going to another Five Guys again. Save your $ and go somewhere cheaper. It's just not worth it. Sorry Five Guys, just being honest. read more

We came to the Resturant at 8 pm and only 3 people here we waited 18 min. For our food. The burger buns were soaked with grease and falling apart . They were tasty though. My wife found a small hair in hers and she stopped eating it and trashed the rest. Nobody in the kitchen was wearing hair nets. This should be mandatory especially since they had long hair. The food was pretty good and I think I might give them a second chance. read more

Finally got to finally eat out with the grandkids. Since all Five Guys in the Riverview area have closed we decided to check this one out. It is located right across the street from the fairgrounds and the state fair was on, so much traffic!! We could have eaten inside but it was freezing in there so decided to eat at their tables outdoors. It was great. The burgers were perfect and I still think they have the best fries around. Our 10 year old twin grandsons were thrilled to eat at Five Guys again and so were we. It was the first time for all of us to actually eat out since the pandemic started. The cost for 4 burgers, 4 small drinks and a large fries was over $50 which seemed excessive to me, but we had no problem eating every bite. We will be back. read more

First off let me start by saying I usually like five guys but this time it wasn't good at all. Im not sure if everyone was new but it wasn't good. They messed the entire order up and then they completely forgot I was even there. Not good. Not good at all. read more

We arrived there @ 9:40p only to be told that they had no fries. ??? Obviously they wanted to close exactly at 10pm and had closed down the fryer before we walked in; there was someone else already there that was unable to get served. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I used to love 5 guys. I hope it's just this location not the business in general that is terrible now. Food was ok at best, service was terrible. Don't need to deal with attitude for a 20$ combo mean. read more

What can I say that hasn't already been said one of the best burgers I have had. All the ingredients you want for toppings and fresh. But most of all I'm a fry guy so I love the fact you get all the fries you can handle. Gotta love it. read more

I've always been a fan of Five Guys. This location is very close to where I work. I feel like the burger making process here can be slow at times, but that may be because it's a busy location. They do get your order in quickly. Other than that, I have no complaints. The hamburgers are always fresh and hot on delivery. It's a great choice for lunch, but you may want to call ahead if you're in a hurry. read more

I've always loved 5 guys, but after last night they really get my vote. I went there with my visiting Scot, and he has a peanut allergy, but we didn't think anything of it even though 5 guys has Peanuts all around. It was only after looking around that we realized that perhaps the fries were cooked in the oil. Much to our chagrin, they are. Not only does my friend not get to eat those delicious fries, they could kill him. I explain the dilemma, and the cooks understood. They explained that his current burger, wrapped in the foils, was covered by the fries, but they would go ahead and re-make his burger for him. He was able to have one of their delicious burgers after all. read more

I love five guys. I'm so glad they came to Tampa. I am not a fast food person. I rarely go to any fast food restaurant. I know many consider this to be fast food, heck they do get your burger out quick. However, Five Guys is different. Trust me. Stop by, have some peanuts, get some fabulous french fries. Hand cut and made in peanut oil. Burgers are good too, LOL. read more

Burger and fries is their focus. For those that don't eat beef, they have an awesome BLT or a Veggie sandwich option. Add the cheese, onions, and pickles to the Veggie sandwich to make it "animal-style" like at the In and Out Burger in Cali. Our fries came out hot and fresh and tasted great. They have malt vinegar (yes!) and also have a Cajun style spice variant. They also have roasted, salted, in-shell peanuts to snack on. Even though it says one $ sign, the menu is all a la carte, so with and order of fries and drink + tax, it's $15 per person. Split a regular size order of fries with two or three people. read more

I spent 3 hours on the interstate and checked into a hotel right next door to five guys. It was 20 minutes to closing time when my kids anD I walked up to the front door. A young lady working there saw us walking up and went into the kitchen. We could see her talking about us with the rest of the staff who were in the back. I joked to my kids that I wonder what excuse they are going to come up with to not serve us this close to closing time. The young lady comes out and says "I have bad news, we are out of patties and waiting on our shipment." I wanted to tell her how full of shit she was, but I bit my tongue, smiled, and we left. We ended up walking to the Wing House and had awesome burgers! read more

It's pretty good. I was introduced to it when they started comparing this place to In N Out... In N Out is still my fave compared to this one. Depending on what you order I guess it can become greasy. Their beef is pretty good... quite a bit of it actually. At my age (30ish) I wouldn't want to stuff myself so much anymore... their "mini" or "small" burger seemed comparable to In N Out though... in any case... go all the way =P If I don't see an In N Out nearby but a Five Guys Burger then Five Guys it is... Five Guys over McD, Carl's etc any day. So overall... good food. I like it... can't complain. read more

This is the only Five Guys location where I had soggy fries in my order multiple times. One of the main points of going to Five Guys is the fries and they can't seem to get it right. Having to wait for new fries and having my burger get cold while new fries are made is a major inconvenience. I've since stopped going to this location after multiple disappointing meals. read more

I love five guys! However, these clowns have absolutely no sense of urgency! I called in an order, manager said it would be ten minutes. This worked well, because I was five minutes away. And, I was in a major hurry. Seven minutes later, I pulled up, ran in, and told the lady I called in an order. My expectation was to pay, grab, n go! They never entered the order! I left. I called and complained. Manager did say sorry. read more

Bro... If I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, I expect bacon on my cheeseburger. I let it go once, but this particular Five Guys didn't put bacon on my Bacon Cheeseburger on two separate occasions. Other than that, burgers and fries are on point (if you didn't order a bacon cheeseburger). read more

What an amazing experience, the cashier helping us had to be a manager and he went above and beyond, free drinks due to it being our first time. My husband and I both had the hot dog and holy smokes, it was sooo good! The Cajun fries were also a great decision. Then to top it off he even gave us an Oreo shake that was to die for. Highly recommend! read more

Terrible. Just terrible. The service was unbelievable, worker told us that she was about to walk out. Who says that to a customer? It took them FOREVER to cook our food and it's expensive for a cheeseburger...like wtf? They locked the doors a HOUR before closing time because they didn't want to deal with anyone else. They couldn't handle making a simple cheeseburger. Five guys needs to hire a new staff ASAP. Thanks. read more
