Terrible experience at this location with the supposed MANAGER Matthew on 4/3/25. Receipt#3035. Guy is disrespectful and provides terrible customer service. Argumentative and combative for no reason, one of those ppl who clearly hates their job, and it projects on the service they provide. Arguing with a customer who is only there to order food. Guy was mumbling audibly under his breath calling me "aggressive" because I communicate assertively, at no point was this individual disrespected, but he decided to mumble under his breath and looked visibly disgruntled. Zero professionalism. No receipt provided, no ketchup at this restaurant, scanner for deals doesn't work, a mismanagement failure of a location. Customer service from the regular employees is good in my experience on a typical day, this Matthew guy who claims he's a manager seems to think he is above customer service and can treat customers however he wants. Corporate should review this interaction and also audit this location to ensure your customers are experiencing the Wendy's experience that is uniform across the country. Ordered an Avacado salad. It was fresh. I guess they make it different up here instead of slices the Avacado was mashed. I had also ordered a hamburger single. It was well done to my liking. This place absolutely sucks! I'd rather eat at the chum bucket. The burgers were horrible they were like cardboard and very dry like they were warmed in a microwave and didn't taste good whatsoever, never again! After waiting several minutes for someone to take our order, one of the workers finally acknowledged us and was about to take our order, then the manager reassigned her. So we had to wait again for someone to take our order. Very annoying when we were the only ones in the place. We placed our orders and proceeded to the drink station where both machines were out of ice, so back to the counter we go to get ice. Then back to the machine to find the first one was out of just about everything. Luckily the second machine had some drinks left. Our food came out after a short wait, but it wasn't particularly hot - which you would think it would be after having to wait. I will try someplace else next time I am in the area. read more

Ordered 3 combos and a 4pc spicy nugget. There were no ice in the drinks, one of the drinks was supposed to be an unsweet tea. it was sweet tea. My 4pc spicy nugget were regular and not spicy and I also didn't get ranch along with it. I did curbside and waited about 15 minutes for the girl to only come out with half my order. Wow the strawberry mango salad is incredible. It a must try and the service at the Baker Avenue Wendy's is superior to other locations. This has to be the most delicious salad I've had in a while. I hope it becomes a regular menu item. read more

Very disappointing :( I have given this location many chances hoping that the next time will be better but the fries are always gross and never taste fresh! On a positive note, breakfast is always good! I get the honey chicken biscuit (amazing) with the potatoe wedges and ice coffee. read more

Made the mistake of going to the Baker Street location in Plant City Florida tonight to bring home dinner. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Dirty and the worst customer service I have ever had. The person running the front register had nails so long she couldn't put in the order. The place was dirty with food all over the floor and counter in the kitchen area. The person with the long nails actually would toss items the customers requested at them instead of handing it to them and also on a very dirty counter. Very rude to the customers and you could tell that it was the last place she wanted to be. I ask her the manager's name on duty and was told Marquise. I will never eat there again and I will tell all my friends and family not to go there. Very upsetting!!!!! read more

Had no problems with this Wendy's location. The oatmeal and the baked potato are healthy.
