Went to Chick-fil-A about 8:30 pm The place was empty of customers so we placed out order I ordered a salad my husband ordered a spicy chicken deluxe with waffle fries and our 7 year old grandson ordered the regular chicken deluxe with waffle fries and, the service was fair and it took 15 mins . The bad part of this was when we got home the deluxe chicken sandwiches were a piece of fried chicken which like as though it had been burned between a dry bun -not happy! So my advice is don't go late and check your order before you leave, we live thirty mile away so we weren't going back and will have second thoughts of ever going back. read more

I went to Chick-Fil-A on 7/18/23 and ordered breakfast. I waited at the window for a few minutes without being greeted. When I was able to order, I ordered a breakfast meal and was so excited for the spicy chicken. In the drive thru line, this man with a handheld device took my card and repeated my order to me (spicy chicken sandwich and a SunJoy), I made the assumption hash-browns are what makes a meal and were included. When I got to the window, the manager handed me a small drink, which I honestly didn't even know Chick-fil-A had, and I looked at her confused. I let her know I got a meal. She literally stopped what she was doing to patronize the man who took my payment and told him that he's supposed to repeat my order to me. He did repeat my order, but he didn't say meal. The manager proceeded to ring me up for my $1.70 hash browns even though I ordered a meal. I ended up losing the value of the meal and paid for everything separately without any type of compensation for their mistake, which isn't like Chick-fil-A. She made it feel like it was my fault. The food was abysmal. The spicy chicken tasted like it was fried in days old oil. It was a terrible waste of calories. My family and I spend a lot of money yearly on Chick-fil-A and this was not the usual Chick-fil-A experience and I definitely won't be back to this location. read more

Is Chick Fil A ever a bad option? I would say if you want fast food that has the biggest possibility to be consistently good, get Chick Fil A. Seeing the other reviews that are bad surprised me. I have not once had a bad experience at Chick Fil A. I won't give it five stars because all in all it's still fast food. No fast food place will be five stars for me. But it's definitely above and beyond for fast food options. Chick Fil A has the best staff possible. Always nice, always happy, always willing to help. I love eating inside the restaurant because it's nicer than every fast food joint I've been to nice seating and everything is placed nicely. So happy we got a chick fil a in Zephyrhills. Since they one all the staff members were amazing, kind and had a smile behind the mask you can just tell. The food was out quick and always hot. The restaurant is always very clean. The staff is always cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs. I love they have contest and appy hour it brings guest to come in and to come back . The drive through service here is always stellar. I've not visited the inside as of yet. Going through the drive through is like getting on a ride at Disney World. Chick fil A cast members are super friendly and always ensure to repeat your order to make sure it's just right. My favorite park is getting into those fries as I'm driving home. Super delicious! My Mom is almost 90 years old. She has never been to CFA. A group of 18 of us decided to get together, as we had some relatives popping into town and we needed a place where we could sit together, that was informal enough to have children who might want to make noise and not sit perfectly still. We chose CFA. What a delight. Jerome took care of us in the dining room. He got us our kids' ice creams, and took care of all the beverages. The others brought our food. I'm sure they were thankful when we left, but it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Mom thought it was great! Thanks, CFA, for that! I hate posting a review like this as long as we waiting to get a Chick-fil-A and Zephyrhills. This location is in need of a lot of help. The customer service is not what you would expect from a Chick-fil-A. It's easily three times slower than any other Chick-fil-A. They try to tell you that they won't serve you food at certain times a day even though every other Chick-fil-A does, example I wanted chicken nuggets for my son and they said they don't serve those in the morning even though they cook them for the biscuit mini meal. This without a doubt is the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to, it's simple things but they really need to improve it. read more
