I like their fries and you get a great value for your dollar. Walked up to the pick up counter and I told her o was picking up and she asked my name to see my burgers already done and in the bag. There was other order slips hanging but no bags out yet. She said that they are waiting on fries. Mean while I waited and waited to other people get their food and fries. I am still waiting for my fries. 10 minutes has gone by and everyone else has been served and I am still waiting. Finally got my order and left. Fries weee hot in the bag. Sat down with my wife to find the burger were cold and buns were now saturated with grease. And they tasted nasty. And after a hair in my food last year from them i quit all together, i only come here for my burgers, they may be alot of money for a burger. Ordered 2 burgers and fries..A little pricy at $26 but wanted burgers..They were the worst burgers I've ever been serve..They were so over cooked you could play hockey with them..Both burgers were ordered with grilled onion, mushrooms and jalapeño..They came with raw onions and raw jalapeños and maybe 3 mushrooms between the two burger..Sent a message to District manager Jason Hewitt who said he would refund our money and contact the restaurant..That never happened..Save your money and eat elsewhere! read more

In good faith, I cannot give 4 stars even though this business has many positives: very good burgers, a large quantity of fries, friendly staff & service, as well as a clean setting. But $13 for a hamburger (no cheese & just 4 ingredients), an unsweatened iced tea, & a small fry is utterly RIDICULOUS. There's a reason the sign on the outside wall reads "Best Value Award," but the last year won was 2007. I wasn't very hungry. I had no way of knowing a regular hamburger is double meat OR that a small fry appears to be 3 full spuds (or I would not have ordered them)! There's also no trays for eating in; I cringed when handed a very greasy bag, hoping that it would not come in contact w/ my clothing. (See pic.) The very loud classic rock music overhead (which I could hear from as far away as the parking lot because it also plays outside) was fine for me, but if you're not a rock fan and/or would rather hear your lunch date talk, this may not be the hamburger joint for you. I eat out often-- I love eating out. But I value more the money I work hard to earn. Truly over-the-top pricing! Very delicious fresh food. Not much to say, they keep it simple. You pick your burger (they do have a delicious grilled veggie sandwich for vegetarians), pick your toppings, and pay. You get a huge sack of hot fresh fries and a delicious burger at the bottom. Always clean, you can see the employees working on your food. Plenty of seats and happy customers all around. Also they have vinegar available for the fries. I have always loved my fries with malt vinegar and many places don't carry that condiment. A+ place, everyone I take there loves it! read more

I'm not impressed with this place at all. The burgers are better quality than, say, McDonald's - but not so much better that they are worth the premium asking price. In three visits I've never once had a polite employee take my order. In fact, on the last visit, the gentleman who took my order was so dry I almost walked out in mid-order. The people making the food are a hot mess too; everyone looks grimey. There was a young girl back on the burger station last time that looked like she could fall apart at any minute. She could've been new, but I don't honestly know; wouldn't make the situation any better anyhow. I would just avoid this place. I visited five guys with the sole purpose of trying one of their kosher hotdogs. This particular hotdog came highly recommended from a banking professional. I found the approximate one dollar and 50 Cent additional charge for the half slice of American cheese on the hotdog to be a poor value. I also believe the two dollar and 69 cent large Coke is outrageous. Overall I found the hotdog to be tasty but the bun did not seem to be properly warmed. The food was good, although it was pricey as always. I was surprised to see the female manager handle the burgers without any gloves on. The other girl at the register told Brittany she needed her gloves and the manager said, oops my bad. Anyway, just surprised to see the raw burger handled that way. I had a hot dog. They do have good dogs and my grandson had a grilled cheese. The Cajun fries were great, but a little too greasy for me.
