    The remade cheeseburger that came with a free piece of lettuce a bent hard bun

    The food is horrible I ordered a cheeseburger and a cup of ice didn't tell anyone that they charge for ice ..$2.87 for a cheeseburger ridiculous..I took it back had it remade and it's looks more disgusting than the plain burger I started with ..the employees making food was only wearing one glove making food I will be reporting to health department ..I put one star because it wouldn't let me post without doing it because they don't deserve a rating besides the one that should be flushed down the toilet sad excuse for employees

    The food was hot& fresh. The line moved fast and my order was right. The order taker was sweet and so was the lady handing me my food.

    Placed an order through Uber Eats for Culvers Zephyrhills #658 and they forgot part of my order…read more So I called and spoke with whomever was working the front register, he put me on hold several times before asking for my name, then finally I got to speak to a manager named Tony and he told me he could not help me, go contact Uber, after I explained what was missing and that reporting missing items on uber leads to your account being flagged, so I try to avoid that course of action. I just wanted them to put my Name down to make things right next time I ordered Culvers, which I do fairly often and he refused to do that, he didn't even want to talk about the issue at all; when every other restaurant I have ever called for any missing items has always been kind/nice enough to do that, especially since they made the mistake, not uber. I sure hope the owners Nate & Destinee Drury read this review and perhaps email me for my phone number 1971stang@gmail.com. I really like the burgers at Culvers but this was a bad experience when trying to ask for just a little help for a mistake they made and I was charged for. I am a nice person, but I really frown upon poor customer service, when it isn't difficult to provide and it strengthens your reputation and rapport.

Seemingly Hispanic man with a do it my way attitude. Everything else would've earned a five star. Well, I might not have gone on and left a five star review because I had a busy day. I certainly would not have left this one Star review where it not for him. The customer service rep that took my order and the kindliness of the gentleman that was working in the kitchen when I came back in and said I wanted hot fries. He told me he dropped some fresh fries for me. The rest of our food, which was excellent. The building was clean and presentable. But then there was drive-through man. You see, I had come back in the store after placing an order inside to go because my fries weren't really hot and crispy. At best they were lukewarm and pretty much duds. When I came back and I got a great response from everyone and was told that they would drop fresh fries for me. The server at the counter had to excuse herself, so when the fries came up and the drive-thru man was walking by. I asked him if he would get me a large order of the hot fries because I was waiting on hot fries. He turned, took his scoop and mixed the little pile of hot fries in with a huge pile of lukewarm duds. I explained to him that I was waiting for hot fries and I didn't want them mixed in and there was a little bit of fries left at the back that were still all hot and asked if I could have those. Now anyone else in that building that day would've reached their scoop to the back of the Fry bin and filled up my carton with hot fries as I had requested, but not drive-through man no, he was going to explain to me how he didn't need me to tell him how to do his job that he was very capable of getting the fries put together for me. I once again explained to him why I didn't want them mixed and he continued to tell me how he knew what he was doing and that it would all be OK. Well, it wasn't OK! I ended up with a carton of half hot half cold dud fries, and it ruined my meal because of his attitude at the time. He wouldn't stop talking to let me speak. He wanted to continue telling me how he was right even to the point when I told him that he shouldn't be getting into a pissing match with a customer when it was so easy to give me what I wanted. He continued. He was not about to let Hardee's Customer have a great experience. He finally handed me a bag of half hot, half cold fries, which I snatched from his hand and at that point being a little upset dropped a few absurdities which I'm not proud of. He deserved so much more though. The Hispanic man working the drive-through at 1 o'clock on Monday, April 27th is about his poor representation for your business as you can hire. My request was reasonable doable at no cost or hurt or inconvenienced anyone including him. He was not about to let that happen. Because he knew better. Well I hope he knows better how this gets him a one star review which could've otherwise been a five star review. When you hand out paychecks this week, thank Mr. drive-thru man for this one star review. Now Mr. drive-thru is going to tell you how I was the problem, and I'm here to ask you does it really matter? I wanted hot fries. They were sitting right there he wouldn't give them to me. There's no ambiguity. It doesn't matter how I was. what was needed He didn't even get close to doing. I'm a manager in a multimillion dollar retail facility and had I witnessed one of my subordinates treating a customer the way he was I would've stepped in taken care of the customer and I would've sent him home immediately to think about it. In the next day without a good explanation from him of how he was going to do better, he would not clock in for me ever again. That's what Mr. drive-thru man is worth to me at this point absolutely zero.
