Maybe the cleanest and nicest Taco Bells I've ever been too. The entry was clean, bathroom was clean, everything looked organized and nice. Dad and I have been to this location multiple times and have had most everything on the menu. Almost everything is delicious. Those few occasions that something wasn't pleasant to the palette was mostly my own fault for getting to creative with my order. I will say that if you say no tomatoes you actually get what you want without tomatoes. I find this rare when it comes to fast food places. Also nice is they have senior specials and are patient with their more mature customers. read more

Messes up my order twice and they keep giving me my food colder then cold. Tell me how they made me wait 20 mins just to give me some cold food and not my full order. Closing shift is definitely not the time to go. They are terrible!!!! I'll be a male Karen cause why they playing with my feelings and messing my food up. read more

The 3 people working at night! 3 maps and the food was smushed and when I asked politely to get mild sauce because the 5 you put in the bag wasn't enough! I use 2/3 on each item ordered but not friendly atmosphere! Sorry! read more

This is my preferred location in town. The food is rotated and the drive-thru is lightning fast.

If I could give it no stars I would ! It Is February 23rd ! 4:15am Ordered Food On The App/Website @4:05 Because It Allowed Me To Pick Up Thru Drive Thru By 4:30am. Got To The Place, All The Lights Were Off & When I Proceeded To The Drive Thru, The Woman (Older White Lady) Decided " My System Shuts Down At 4 " But The Cars In Front Of Me Got Their Orders Taken & Received Food. She Didn't Want To Help At All. I Wasn't Able To Get My Order Cancelled Nor Receive My Money Back & Left Hungry On This Road Trip. Should Really Reconsider The Lazy A** People Y'all Hire. read more

For a fast food place they have good service, food is always hot and fresh, drive through gets it right about 90% of the time. You still wanna check your order before you leave. Inside is pretty much clean, bathrooms could use more service, basically just need an associate go in there more frequently to check cleanliness. Prices just started to go up. read more

Terrible that I got 12 little pieces of tomato, 1/16th of a cup shredded cheese, a half of chicken breast and a1/4 Cup shredded lettuce, 1 teaspoon sour cream, but 1 tablespoon guacamole in my power bowl that I said I didn't want beans or rice in. Never going to this Taco Bell again! read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Zephyrhills, Florida

Staff is awesome!!! Food is good but certain times of the day they have had issues. But nothing too bad VERY VERY CLEAN and NICE PEOPLE! read more

I can't believe I am at Taco Bell. This feels like it belongs in the food court at the Hard Rock Casino. We decided to spend around $7 and change, instead of $30 (with a discount) for 2 buffets at the casino. The restaurant was clean and not crowded. They even have Wifi! The employees are nice. This is our third visit to a Taco Bell while in Florida. Don't judge me. read more

Pure trash, gave me unfried and soggy chalupa on my reorder for the same problem. Not to mention I took one bite and got the runs. Shut this place down read more

I don't normally rate fast food joints, but this one's on a pretty steady decline so wanted to put this out there. I used to go here a lot. Too much. But then I cut out fast food so this is limited to "cheat" meals. I went about 2 months ago and waited in the drive through over 15 minutes, my gordita shell was hard and my grilled steak taco was missing the lime sauce. No bueno. Went today and had to repeat my drink order twice, still wrong on the screen, so had to correct it again. I ordered a grilled steak taco that held the littlest amount of steak I've ever seen and a beefy five layer burrito ... this thing wasn't folded correctly and falling apart on one side, and was missing sour cream. Seriously the biggest waste of my cheat meal ever :( read more

Worst Taco Bell I've been to. Gave me the wrong order so I went back to tell them that they got my order wrong. You'd think that after getting an order wrong that they work at least be more mindful of getting you what you ordered right? Wrong. Drove home and still didn't get what I ordered. Save your time and money. read more

Very disappointing. We ordered two Black Bean Crunch Wraps, a bean burrito and a medium pink lemonade. The crunch wraps had no black beans and only a very thin layer of refried beans. The bean burrito was also very small. The pink lemonade was very heavy on syrup - super sweet/rich. One of.my worst experiences at a Taco Bell. read more

Went to this place for #stealataco and I had no issues. I was able to get a free taco for my daughter and I. Thank You!

Amazing Taco Bell, makes great food compared to other Taco Bell's I've been to and great customer service. I suggest dining in for a more tasty experience. read more

Went a few months ago and they didn't put 2 tacos in the bag. Just ordered the family pack of 12 and they only gave us 8. DO BETTER.

Ordered on the app, got a text message that order was accepted. Just tell them your name at the box and they will get it ready. They didn't have our order, didn't know how to put in order number or help in anyway. Young man who seemed to be in charge said, there is nothing they can do. We must call the app and tell them. It was a horrible experience. CALL WHO? WHAT NUMBER? HOW TO I GET MY MONEY BACK. read more

I stopped in for a quick lunch and was greated by Aiesha with a smile and a pleasant can do attitude. Not a typical thing to get at most fast food places but her the crew was cheerful and wanted to be at work. Will Definitely return and recommend this location to anyone. 5 stars to this team and management!!!! read more

Forgot to give me any sauce, this is not the first time they didn't give me sauce or ask me if I wanted any, and I always ask for mild sauce when I order through the drive through read more

Wish I could give ZERO Stars.....Terrible service, Terrible employees, Terrible location. Just TERRIBLE

Would always go here when I'm hungry, love the customer service.

Fast fresh food. Live mas. It's exactly what you expect to get from this mega chain.

I should have known better!!! I haven't been to a Taco Hell for a minute. So I thought I would try it & see if it had changed from about 8 yrs ago. Nope!!!!! I then remembered why I stopped going there. Service, promptness(after all it has a drive thru) and food taste! I waited for about 10 minutes for my order, then I pulled over to make sure my order was correct. I go back thru drive thru, to tell the cashier that I'm missing my burrito supreme! She says ok, pull over to the side & we will take it to you shortly.... 25 minutes later. A male employee brings me my burrito & apologizes & says we put an order of cinnamon sticks for free. I didn't want anything for free!!!! I just wanted my food.....by the time, I get home. My food was cold & soggy!!!!! Never again read more

The WORST Taco Bell experience I've had! It took 20 minutes to get 3 AM crunch wraps and an iced coffee. The little girl at the register was complaining that customers were going through the drive-thru, which was supposed to be closed, but there was nothing that indicated it was closed. No sign, no orange cone, nothing. This place was a nightmare! Rude, incompetent staff. When I finally got my breakfast, it was cold and those idiots didn't even give me the Cinnabons that I ordered, yet they certainly took my money. Why bother opening for breakfast when your store CLEARLY is NOT ready to serve??? read more

People are always nice and they have never messed up an order of mine.

Last time ever ordering anything from this specific store!!! Went through drive through and ordered a Nacho Bell Grande, Nacho Fry Bell Grande, 2 Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos and 2 Apple Empanadas with mild sauce for my family and I. We received the bag through the window and like normal as this store always does the order was wrong and no mild sauce so I explained to the women through the window that the order was missing a Nacho Fry Bell Grande and sauce and she hands me a hand full of sauce packets and says you didn't order the Bell Grande fries. I then asked for a receipt because they never provide the customers with reviews after I paid the $13.47 order and she hands me a receipt and I read it back to her and I say it says fries right here on my receipt so can I have what I paid for and she turns around and starts filling up sodas for her next person in the drive through and comes back and says oh we had to hold on the fries. I said so you just expect customers to pay for them and you guys don't give them their food? She says huh? I hand her back the back of garbage that hardly had wrapping on the items and the bag was ripped and stuff nearly falling out and I asked for my refund. The manager comes over and taps on the screen and hands me back $12.17 and I drive off pissed and hungry and refunded less than I freakin paid! WOW! Never again and you can keep the dollar you stole if that's how this franchise does business. No apologies, no let's fix the issue or correct the order just a bunch of kids stealing money through the drive through. If you eat here make sure you you get a receipt and check your order cause these employees here don't care if it's correct and honestly I'm afraid to even see what's behind that window with service this poor! Corporate needs to come in and check on this store! read more

All tables dirty had to ask to clean, only cleaned 1 table left the rest dirty, told thank you just got dirty look. Entire store needed an overall cleaning. Tacos not full I counted 7 strands of cheese in one. Burrito not folded correctly contents fell out had to use spoon to eat. Cinnamon Twists not very full and very little cinnamon on them took back to complain and was told "I see cinnamon on them but I will replace them." One Chalupa mostly lettuce including the hard end from the head of lettuce. read more

Best Taco Bell I've ever been to! The food is always fresh and tortillas are soft and warm. Worlds ahead of all the other Taco Bells I've visited. read more

I went in today for lunch at 230. The place was a mess nothing stocked. Fountain drink tasted like it haded been clean in over a month. Looked at the food line and looked like no one had wiped it down since morning. Food was so gross I had to ask for a refund. Needless to say I will no be back. Scared to see what the bathroom looks like read more

Food was great!!!! Service a little slow but who cares...

I fail to understand why, when making a burrito, all of the sour cream ends up at one end with NONE in the rest of the burrito (and I order extra)! Also, this particular Taco Bell seems to always be OUT of something...mild sauce, hot sauce, sweet tea, napkins... The food itself is okay. read more

Tonight I ordered a Steak Quesarito and a Beefy Nacho Griller. When I got home with my meal, both looked very "Thin" to say the least. Upon biting into the Quesarito, there was very little steak, but even less rice. The thing was literally a tortilla folded several times with barely any filler except cheese. My wife had ordered the same thing a week ago and hers was even worse, with less steak and like no rice. Even we wanted a cheese roll-up, we'd have ordered that and saved like $3. Then I tried my loaded griller. Loaded my butt. There was literally no beef, a lot of those red Fritos and that was it... except a large flat tortilla. Again, if I wanted a Quesadilla... I'd have ordered one. This Taco Bell location literally screws us at the Drive-Thru every time we go there. We've gotten home and been missing items, orders are screwed up or like today and last week, there is nothing in the tortilla but air. Our family loves Taco Bell but this location and it's staff seem like they just don't care or maybe it's just a joke they play on the Drive-Thru customers. Which is it? The next time I get screwed at this location, I will never go there again and will get my Mexican food at Moe's right across the street. Not very Happy in New Tampa. read more
