Placed an order through Uber Eats for Culvers Zephyrhills #658 and they forgot part of my order. So I called and spoke with whomever was working the front register, he put me on hold several times before asking for my name, then finally I got to speak to a manager named Tony and he told me he could not help me, go contact Uber, after I explained what was missing and that reporting missing items on uber leads to your account being flagged, so I try to avoid that course of action. I just wanted them to put my Name down to make things right next time I ordered Culvers, which I do fairly often and he refused to do that, he didn't even want to talk about the issue at all; when every other restaurant I have ever called for any missing items has always been kind/nice enough to do that, especially since they made the mistake, not uber. I sure hope the owners Nate & Destinee Drury read this review and perhaps email me for my phone number 1971stang@gmail.com. I really like the burgers at Culvers but this was a bad experience when trying to ask for just a little help for a mistake they made and I was charged for. I am a nice person, but I really frown upon poor customer service, when it isn't difficult to provide and it strengthens your reputation and rapport. read more

People here are so friendly. Very polite staff. And the food is great. We love coming here. Their ice cream flavors are unique and delicious. We especially like the chocolate strawberry and the Oreo Cookie cheese cake. My husband loves the fish sandwiches. I love the smash burgers. No disappointment here read more

Their service is terrible!!! I went through the drive-through and she tells me to wait a minute then the other drive up a guy pulls up in a truck and they start taking his order. I drove up to the window paid for what I wanted and now they have me sitting at the pick up area. The last time I got chili it was terrible. Went to Culver's today specifically for a pint of flavor of day and was told they were out. Huh? Your out of the flavor of the day? No, just don't have any in pints and refused to make up a pint. I have never been had a Culver's refuse to sell me a pint of FOD. Yet, they will sell me 3 scoops in a dish. They said will make me a concrete mixer out of the flavor of the day. Every time I go to this location, there's 1 person at the register, taking orders for 5 or more standing in line. There's 10 people roaming around, and out goes the drive thru person. More and more drive thru.. But, nothing for the person standing there, waiting. 10 minutes go by, and the first person in line finally got their food. Complained about the wait time, and said, they wouldn't be back. Some people seated, for eat in came up, and asked where their food was. Asked for a refund, and had to wait again. Once it was my turn. They screwed up my order. Tomatoes were supposed to be removed, however, they were on my burger. I told the person, so, he took my order around the back, and I saw them pulling the tomatoes off, and re-wrapping it. Not a big deal, but..... Once that was done, my fries were cold. Didn't want to wait any longer, so left. The burger wasn't anything to write home about. No flavor, I couldn't even taste the cheese. read more

WHO was the cook and server at that time in that location? A qualified manager needs to be present and NOT allow food like that out the door! Awful really. I was excited when I found out we were finally getting a Culver's as the one in Tampa is my ocasional go to lunch place. Zephyrhills Culver's is not the same. I was there with my family and took a while for us to get service at the counter to even place our order. Then a while for our food to come out. Dining room was dirty floor riddled with food. A teenager was pretending to wipe a trash can repeatedly while asking us every five minutes what the time was, as she would then mutter "man, I can't believe that, I'm ready to go home now." Then as a typical teenager ( yes I have a teenager too ) she would shrug and complain then "wipe" the trash can again. I thought dang if only she would at least wipe the drink station or the tables that would be nice. When our food was ready it was all wrong, they did correct it but at this point it had been nearly an hour, I was getting annoyed by the teenagers repeating the time question my own kids were starting to get hangry as well so when they finally gave us the right food the grease puddling off was off putting. I did try a bite only to get a lack luster bit of grease no flavor which prompted me to just toss the food and leave. I ended up going somewhere else got my kids food and will not return to the Zephyrhills Culver's again. read more

First and last time to Culver's on 8/30/18 at drive thru. Ordered a hamburger with mayo, lettuce and tomato. The bun was soaking wet from the lettuce that smelled like bag lettuce with a funky smell. Threw it away. Order chicken tenders, crispy on outside but soggy in the middle. Yuck! Only good thing, the french fries were good. I can go elsewhere and get a better burger. This was our second trip to a Culver's, but first at this location. The food was awesome. My husband and I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and the kids shared a chicken strips meal. After we were done eating, the manager actually came over and told us about the the restaurant. The food is always made fresh. They never pre make anything and have it sitting under a warmer. They have a flavor of the month calendar for their custard ice cream that tells you the flavor for each day. Vanilla and chocolate are always available. They have several mixers so you can create your own "blizzard" type ice cream, and they also have shakes and smoothies. The custard is a very rich, thicker consistency than regular ice cream. This restaurant was very clean. The staff was all very friendly, and we will definitely return to this location. read more

We waited over 25 minutes for our food in the drive thru. When we did get our food, only 1 out of 4 of our items were correct. As a result, we went into the store and informed the manager at the counter that we had been waiting quite a long time and received the wrong food. The manager then told me "Don't be a bully, we are busy." I asked to speak to the manager, she then informed me she was the manager and again told me "not to be a bully". As someone who working in customer service I was shocked this was how the manager was handling the situation. I understand mistakes happen, but the customer service was horrendous. The place is clean, especially for this area. But then again, it's still new. The employees are nice and the layout is above average for a fast food establishment. As for the food...I personally wasn't impressed. It wasn't terrible but for the price, I expected more flavor for sure. I'm a foodie but no expert...that being said, I figured a "butter burger" would at least have a buttery flavor. I am usually pretty regular about what I order, but thos time I thought I'd try the Cod fish sandwich. I just saw a commercial about it the other day. It looked so good and crispy. Not mine. This time I tried their pub burger which was a hamburger with bacon and cheese with special sauce all on a pretzel bun with a side of their famous fries. It lived up to the hype and satisfied all my fatty cravings' needs. The kids each got the kids' meals one cheeseburger with fries and other was the chicken tenders with fries. The kids love the free scoop of ice cream you get after finishing their meals. As always, the Culver's customer service was above and beyond like taking our orders with a smile, happily bringing the food to our table when it was ready, walking around to ensure clean tables were available, refilling drinks, and the list goes on. The bathrooms are always clean. Overall, I am always happy when I leave Culver's. read more

The custard and daily flavors are insanely good. Burgers were decent and it's cooked to order which is great.

We have always had a great experience in Culver's until today. The young lady at the counter rang my little girls order incorrect, she did not add the bacon. When we realized the mistake, my wife took it back to ask them to correct the mistake. The response (very rude) she received from RJ, a shift leader was " Just so you know in the future, this Burger does not come with bacon". My wife told them to forget it and told my daughter to just eat it the way it was. After she had eaten 7/8's of the burger the kid came out with another burger with bacon on it. Little late now.....I asked to speak to a manager regarding how rude he was and they sent another team leader (2 other girls came with her being nosey). I told that young lady that I wanted to speak to the actual manager and one of the girls spoke up and said that Mark told them he was too busy to come out. I then looked at her and told her that was crazy, why would a manager be too busy for a customer. With a smirk on her face, she stated "He is in the kitchen". After a few minutes another guy named Courtney came over and sat down at the table, he stated he was Mark's business partner and Mark was in the middle of the line on the kitchen and couldn't come out. He then offered excuses that it was a new restaurant and that they were trying, but still had more training to do. He said that RJ was not trying to be rude, but he definitely needed more training. If he is not trained then why is he a shift leader. He finally said that he would go get Mark (who is the owner not manager) and send him right out. NO...if he couldn't be professional enough to come to me the first 3 times I asked then I am not sitting here waiting for him any longer. Very unprofessional bon all levels. Bad customer service and rude employees with an owner who evidently don't care enough to speak to his customers, but then again I'm only one, he has plenty more right. They will never see my shadow on their doorstep again. read more
