My experience here was great! The girl at the register was extremely friendly and explained what everything was that I had questions on (it was my fiancé and I first time there) the food was absolutely delicious for fast food. I was actually pretty impressed bc I've never heard anything about Culver's but we decided to try it out. read more

Very good experience!!! Will be back for sure. Fast friendly service and food was spot on. Clean restaurant and bathroom. We've been to several other locations and always had a good experience. This didn't fail. read more

Good burgers but they have more than that to choose from. Sides as well, more than just fries with that. A few different sides to pick from. Always clean with happy, friendly faces to serve you. read more

Went Ash Wed and waited 30 mins before checking on to go order and the girl said coming right up - 15 mins later a waiter came in from walking around outside with an order on a tray and said he was looking around and couldn't find #13 I said I'm 13 and my order was not for here it was to go- they were going to pack up the food that had been outside and all around the dining (so it would be cold and who knows what landed on it while outside) I said no I wanted it re-done - 30 mins later we got our to go order low and behold missing both sides, I was already home, so I called and was told it was my fault we waited so long for the food because I wanted it re-done..and they were very busy..well that is not my problem and then the manager started screaming at me and hung up - I called back 3 times and she kept hanging up on me. Being the manager, she was just walking around with a phone, and nothing else, why wasn't she helping if they were so busy..again not the customers problem.. mean while as we were sitting there, 1 person was putting the trays and bags together, food sat on the top shelf and no heat lamps 25 mins before being doled out (so cold food all around) and she wore gloves, talked/handled a phone with the same gloves on and continued to touch the food. Poorly run, poorly managed. And called corp and they said the owners would contact me .. still waiting and it 3/3 - ash wed was 2-22 - don't bother calling. I will never go there again and I will not recommed that location ever. The nasty manager is Tegan Russo. Owners Nate & Destinee Drury. read more

This was my 3rd experience at the ZHills Culvers and I have to say the experience was little improved from the other two. I ordered the Butter burger Bacon Deluxe and my wife ordered The chicken tenders basket. Big mistake on both counts. The burger was almost raw and so greasy the bun was like a sponge. My wife said the tenders had a strange taste like they had been cooked in old or oil used for something else. Did we complain? No been thru that routine with this staff. We just left the food on the table and walked out. Never again will I visit a Culvers!! read more

If you know anything about Wi and dining in Wi, you know the food will always be good and the quality of the establishment better be the same or your not in business to long. Culvers is a Wi owned and operated chain which has expanded here to our benefit. For those who have written negative reviews about a new unit which opened in the last 6 months in Zephyrhills, I would advise you give it another chance. We have been going to Culver for yrs. (Wi and here) and I will tell you there is absolutely no truth to unruly or ill mannered, or rude attendants! If that happened, they will be out the same day, period! They are 'head and shoulders' above the competition in every depart. and that includes service. If you love 'fish n' chips' and want it done the right way with the right fish (COD), you must order it - there is no better in the Tampa market as far as I'm concerned! read more

Good food as always. Tables are a dirty mess and only three people in restaurant. Nasty cleanliness.

Great new restaurant in Zephyrhills. Butter burgers, Pretzel Burgers, burgers, are fresh and not frozen. Fried Cheese Curds, and Custard ice cream. A little taste of the Midwest. We still can't believe we have a Culver's in our small town. we love it, and frequent the place at least 3 times a week. read more

Got some nice custard from my main man Zack. Great customer service and even better customer care. Great dude with a great work ethic. Thanks for making my night. read more

Stopped serving marinara sauce for cheese curds. REALLY? Not sure why they would discontinue. Also , have been waiting 20 minutes for food. What happens to fast food? read more

Proper Culver's convenience and value. Nice to have this mid-West treasure in small town Florida. Food well prepared, dining area is fresh (new) with all the comforts and big screen TV's, strong wifi, and comfortable parking lot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Butter burgers, Wisconsin cheese and delicious custard. Very wide menu, not just burgers for sure. Bring the family! read more

This place is down right horrible! We've been here twice, the burgers were burnt and the ice cream totally melted . Talked with the manager Brandon, and can you believe this, he said there's nothing he can do! This is how Culver's teaches their management. I WILL NEVER EVER GIVE CULVER's MY BUSINESS ever again. This place down right sucks.!!!!!! read more

Great service by a well trained staff along with fresh "quick service" restaurant. If something isn't correct, they will correct it as opposed to the regular fast food places. I've enjoyed each of my visits. I'm originally from Wisconsin so am accustomed to the product and glad to have it in Florida. Give it a couple try's. read more

First time diners at Culver's in Zypherhills, Fl. I must admit walking inside the restaurant we were both surprised at the size of the menu. Choices between butter burgers, pretzel burgers, chicken sandwiches, fish plates etc. then sides and deserts milk shakes and on and on. My wife ordered a butter cheeseburger and fries, I ordered a deluxe double cheeseburger with bacon and fries, with a side of cheese curds. The food was delivered to our table in just a few minutes. I was surprised since the food is made to order and it was kind of busy for a rainy Saturday afternoon but was happy with staff and cleanliness of restaurant. The food was nice and hot, the curds were awesome and the burgers were hot and juicy. The meat had a great crust and seasoning was great. Overall a wonderful experience for a burger joint and really looking forward to our next visit. Might try the fish dinner next time. Highly recommend this restaurant to all. Enjoy!!! read more
