I like the change in pickup method where we walk into the restaurant and pick up from a rack instead of going through the drive thru window. This avoids a wait if there is a backup from the drive through lane. Their dining room is still closed and only the drive through or store pickup for online orders is available. I find their staff friendly for the most part... In terms of cleanliness of the interior, it's an older restaurant and a little beat up. It was probably built 30 years ago and hasn't been revitalized like a lot of other fast food chains but overall, it's ok and probably the biggest negative in my book about this place.
