We came inside to order at the counter but it doesn't seem like this location takes in store orders. There was no cashier and no register that I could see. They have kiosks for you to place a mobile order but none of them were on. So if you don't have a working smart device there's no way to place an order inside. We did use a smart phone to order our food, and an employee kindly unlocked the bathroom for me while I was waiting. The wait time was fine, but when I got to the car I tasted that my Starry they prepared had no syrup in it. I went back in and refilled using the customer soda machine, but that Starry was out of syrup too. So I ended up getting Mountain Dew. The kiosks definitely need to be fixed and the sodas should be maintained more but the staff was friendly and I still enjoyed my food. read more

They were unfortunately out of cinnamon twists, but it was handled very professionally, asking us if chips and cheese were okay. I swung through the Drive Thru super late one night because I had just gotten into town and they did a good job. There were 2 cars in front of me and it moved quickly. The person taking the order was pleasant and patient. My food came out right and hot. It was everything you could hope for going through a Taco Bell Drive-Thru at midnight on a week day. Last night, April 5th around 11pm, I was picking up an Uber order. As expected, I was waiting about 15-20 minutes in the drive thru line to pickup 2 orders. When I got to the window, the guy working asked the guy making the food about my second order which wasn't ready. I was told to pull up, wait 5 minutes and then circle back. I asked for clarity on the "circle back" part since it just took me almost 20 minutes to get to the window. The guy making the food rudely approached and put his fingers up to say, "Either you can wait 5 minutes and circle back or you can cancel the order. Those are your options." I asked if I could just wait and pickup at the front door considering the drive thru line. He rudely repeated his answer verbatim. I told him he was being "a dick" to me to which he shook his head in agreement. I expressed my concerns and how rude he was being and asked why that was necessary considering we are in the same position trying to just make some money. As a delivery driver, I'm not making any extra money sitting at a drive thru. He proceeded to close the window on me which is funny because doing that literally doesn't force my car anywhere. I waited until I got the other guys attention to at least give me the order that was ready. And here comes the other guy to repeat the same options verbatim - not even knowing what I'm asking for. I said I'm asking for the other order that is ready. When the guy at the window gave it to me, I asked for the other guys name. Understandably, he didn't want to say so he turned to the guy and said I wanted his name. He sad, "I'm not giving you my name." I asked the guy at the window if he was a manger or shift lead or something. He turned to the guy again and said she wants to know if you're the manager. He again said his same response verbatim that he wasn't giving me his name... so I took the below picture! At the end of the day, the options he have made sense. I ended up canceling the second order. My issue is not the resolve. I get these folks are probably underpaid and overworked. It was busy. I get it. My issue is the absolute disrespect and disregard for customer service. I get it's Taco Bell. We can't expect 5 star service. But this wasn't even a single star. I'm asking for literally the bare minimum and not some guy being disrespectful to a women at 11pm. Taco Bell needs to have some standards on the basics of customer service and how to talk to people. I never post issues really when it comes to eating out, I speak with someone directly when able, On 08/02/18, I went here for my quick 30 minute lunch break, ordered two items and kept it moving. Closest light, I took a bite of my food to save time on the distant drive back to work, upon biting my chalupa, I bit into what I thought was a extra long piece of lettuce, after it continued to come out I knew it wasn't lettuce, but a large piece of plastic, normally I go to the restaurant and talk with the store manager myself off to the side and confront them with these issues, I didnt have time to do that at the moment due to time sensitivity, I did have time at work to get with corporate and leave my email for them to contact me about this issue even describing what happened and the location which it happened hoping a regional or general manager in the area would contact me same day if not next day, after work I confronted the shift manager off to the side what happened and showed my receipt and plastic, there was little to no care that this happened, I managed to get a "we're sorry about that" and not much anything else verbally, I did ask if I could get a general manager or regionals phone number to resolve this issue, I was denied, then handed a receipt with a supposed phone number to call, and the regionals name on the receipt she said, when I asked where, she stated the Cashier: Julio, was the regional off the receipt she gave me, Doubtful. I wouldn't come here if you care for quality, I waited 3days for a reply email, nothing. read more

They killed it tonight! Drive thru was really quick, order was accurate and they had masks on! Top notch crew tonight!!

This is possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. After pulling into the drive through and requesting a minute to review the menu and get all three of our orders situated the lovely attendant implied that I should back up and come inside if I need time to look at the menu; note that there was no one behind us. After ordering a quesadilla meal I asked for four chicken burritos. Her snarky response was to say,"we have like 3 chicken burritos, what one do you want." I simply replied that I would like a simple chicken and rice burrito with no frills, just chicken and rice. Needless to say, I received 2 out of the 4 burritos I asked for and none of them had rice but I was blessed with every other ingredient on the assembly line. That also being said, the only drink ordered was a Pepsi and she seemed personally offended when I declined the bright yellow drink she tried to give us. End of the day conclusion is that it'll probably be another 2 years before I go back again. read more

What is it with employees just looking at you with a blank stare and not speaking to you when you walk up to place an order? That's just what happened here. This is the worse Taco Bell I have been to in my life! The crew are rude. They argue with customers. They have attitude and act like being decent to the customers is not required from management. The menu was incorrect and they actually sent someone else out to explain the menu to me only to find out it was incorrect after all. I love Taco Bell! I seriously love it. But this location is the absolute worse. They technically close at 2am.... But it's 12:30, they are done. Close at 1am, it's midnight and they are done. This happens about 2 out of every 3 visits. I go there a lot! It's the closets one to me and I work late most nights. They usually screw up the order, but it's usually in my favor. But if a corporate business closes at a certain time, stick with that time. read more
