Every time I have ate at this Zaxby's it has not been good customer service at all they are rude. The food tasted like a day old it really wasn't good. I love Zaxbys but tifton Zaxbys just isn't good how there workers act or hand you your food tasting a day old. It is very hard to ever go there and feel welcomed. This was 2nd time ever going to a Zaxby's. The verdict - grilled chicken & fries were good. Loved the Coca-cola freestyle with all the choices. What I didn't like? Well - this location! There was a mean letter to the employees from the Zaxby's management hanging outside the employee entrance by the customer rest rooms. Wish I would have taken a picture - several grammatical errors - but the fact that it was so mean with the threat of firing if anymore made their own food and ate it for free and posted in full view of customers? Obviously a communication problem between management and employees but don't you have a break room to post that? The door to the bathroom entrance was gross and sticky. The employee that took our order made every sandwich ordered into a meal. He asked after the first sandwich we ordered if we wanted the meal or sandwich but assumed that we wanted meal for all. You know - never ASSUME UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE AN A$$ of U & ME!! They were too busy to change the order so just left it. I don't recommend this place. read more

I was in the drive thru at 8:30 PM tonight and finally make it to next to order at 8:50 and then an employee comes out to tell me they are closed. So stopped at this location for on our way back from the beach for a quick simple meal. Pulling into this location, I could already tell that the service and quality were likely to be subpar. The parking lot is in dire need of repair and the inside doesn't look like it has been updated since it was opened 15-20 years ago. Biggest problems I saw, they had about 4-5 dozen cookies stacked on top of each other in the back, not covered up or anything and the telephone cord was touching them... not very sanitary. I question the so called 100 health score, the inspector must have come prior to opening. Then the men's restroom. While it wasn't dirty per se, they stopped cleaning in the middle. There was an open chemical bottle just sitting on the sitting on the sink. There was a green scrub sponge just in the sink bowl. To top it off there wasn't even any soap. At the very least the food came out mostly correct meaning the zalad was the wrong one. We didn't say anything because it was the more expensive zalad but we did have to ask for the dressing they forgot to give us. Needless to say, we will find a different stop next time heading back from the beach. read more

The chicken at the TIfton zaxbys are huge! What happened to tender small chicken tenders when they originally opened??? Other Zaxbys are good when small chicken. My family stopped at Zaxby's for a quick dinner - we were meeting a woman there who was bringing our new puppy! The food was great (I had the Cobb salad) and the staff was super nice. I forgot my purse when we left and discovered it was missing an hour down the road. THANK you to the kind Zaxby's employees who collected it and placed it in their office until I could return.
