Not many people here on a Tuesday night at 6:30. Usually not that good of a sign but I'm sure this place is popping on a Friday or Saturday. I did notice a few people are coming in for to go orders to pick them up so that's a good sign . Employees were nice. I would give Service a 9 out of 10 . I asked for a strawberry margarita. They gave me one of those frozen ones out of the machine. They didn't really give me another choice lol . I usually don't drink those, but it was actually really good. Was only seven bucks. Definitely worth it. I cut my visit short and left because I was the only person at the bar. Just was looking for more social fun atmosphere. Not the restaurants fault. Place is pretty rugged and nothing fancy about this place for sure. If I had a group of about four friends with me, I'm sure we would get fun and crazy in this place. Their wing menu looks amazing. Traveling around and asked a shop keeper for a good burger place recommendation. Was told this was a handmade burger but the place was kinda divey. Fine with us, we've eaten some of our favorite meals in not fancy local spots. They do have table service but I would reco ordering and paying and eating in as service was slow. They do lots of take out orders. The food was good though the Burger was overdone for us but had good flavor. It's a very oddly shaped space and quite dark inside but the bonus is it has outside seating. This place used to be great, a good place to go for a game or just great bar food. It's a shallow reflection of itself now, all staff look depressed and completely clocked out. They couldn't care less about customer satisfaction, and don't get me started on wait time for a to go. Walking in on a Saturday afternoon was the perfect time. We sat at the bar and ordered a beer and a peach margarita. At first I ordered a Bloody Mary but they weren't stocked with those ingredients. No problem, there were other choices available. We ordered the wings and fried gizzards (weekend special). The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Another patron there had fried pickles and a Salisbury steak in gravy and also loved the food. They started to get pretty busy with several take out orders, but service was still quick and friendly. Our first visit. The beer (draft and bottled) was perfectly chilled. Lots of wings items on the menu, along with burgers and more. Something called "Chunks" caught our attention. The server (Raven) likened them to boneless wings. In reality, they are pieces of boneless skinless chicken breast, roughly two bites per Chunk. Very tasty. The server recommended the 24 Karat sauce and we requested it be served on the side. OMG, what an amazing combination! A young couple were enjoying Margaritas. The unique thing was how they were served - in empty Patron bottles. See picture. The atmosphere is sport bar and is not fancy, but that didn't bother us. They are open on Mondays, while many other local taverns are now closed We had a very nice conversation with the owner (Chris). He has experienced much in his life and enjoys helping his guests have a wonderful visit. Next time through town, we'll be back for more Chunks. read more

Update: The owner is amazing! He listened to me. I feel Confident he will address. ------------ Nope, not again! I'm from the area but I live out of state. I come home often and for the past couple of years I have made it my business to get food from here when I'm around. Recently back in the area over the past week and my family has probably had WD 2-3 times. We're staying in a hotel so we're somewhat living on fast food. We've spent about $150-$200 or more as there are 6 of us. Today, we called to ask if there was a reason why some items we're seeing on the menu aren't available via mobile ordering because if it was just something we needed to call in to get the missing items we would...we also had questions around family style ordering as that has been a thing since COVID-19, several restaurants have made modifications to include large quantity options as more families are at home and it just makes sense. Whoever answered the phone, because they refused to take accountability and provide their name, was extremely frustrated that we had questions and continued to say we needed to look on line for prices. We never asked a question about prices! It's as if she wasn't listening or couldn't comprehend my question. Now, if it was the later, just ask me to clarify or explain and I would...but I don't feel that was the case as all her non-verbal clues (smacking is the teeth, deep sighing, abrasive tone) made me feel it wasn't lack of comprehension. I then was put on hold with no explanation so I hung up and called back. The person who picked up the phone this time said their name was Harry and that they were not the person I was speaking with and I begin to explain to "that person" what happened and now MY frustrations as a customer. Very similar to "the person" before (as I think it was the same person) she displayed a negative attitude and that just irked my nerves. I then flipped from wanting to order food to feed 10 people to I just want to share my feedback with the manager. I was then told there was not a manager or shift leader and that I would have to call back. When inquiring on why I couldn't leave a number and they call me back I was met with more unacceptable responses from someone who should be more customer centric. I was told that in order to speak with a manager, as the customer, I needed to bear the burden of calling until I was able to reach someone who actually cared to hear about my experience!?!?! I just cannot deal when people who are in customer service roles don't understand what good customer service entails. So I continued to question her about why I had to basically stalk them to talk to a manager and she then got even more frustrated and said I could talk to a manager who now was available all of a sudden. Then Bryan gets on the phone and says he's the manager. Now I'm calling bullshit because she went from telling me there was no manager working to Bryan is the manager and you can talk to him. Because I now don't believe them, I ask Bryan to have the store manager/owner give me a call. He says I can't tell you when he'll call but I'll let him know...I asked how long does it typically take to get a callback. He says I don't know. We then go back and forth on if I can really count on someone calling me back or not. At this point, I'm not convinced hence the need for this long review. I won't be going back. I won't tell people about the food as I have before, I will instead talk about this experience any time I'm asked or they are mentioned around me. Sorry not sorry! Do better! Placed an order over the phone the lady that took my order said 20-30 mins because they just opened which was fine I knew it would take longer than that most likely. Placed order at 11:30 , picked up at 12:30 (1hour later) order still wasn't ready. I asked for all flats which was $1.00 extra. Ofcourse I didn't get all flats went back in and she said it'll be another 10-15 mins if I want to change it... change it???? THAT WAS MY ORIGINAL ORDER. I said forget it and left I already gave you an hour and 20 mins to fix my food then you want me to wait 15 mins to correct my order. They didn't offer a free drink a discount on next purchase or anything.Customer service skills suck ass. This my second time coming here. The first time my boyfriend hated his wings they were supposed to be the hottest flavor they have it wasn't hot it taste like a crap load of chili powder and paprika. There have been changes in this restaurant such as the name. Today I was very shocked to hear conversations about sleeping with young guys and a lot of foul language. Driving I-75 and looking for a place for lunch, to fast food joint. 4 stars for the food. 5 people with several different dishes and everyone thought it was good. 3 stars for the waitress, she was friendly and quick but couldn't remember a thing. Asked same question several times. 2 stars for atmosphere. I understand they just moved so I understand and it wasn't bad. But I can't forgive the bathrooms, after going in there I needed the hand sanitizer before I would touch anything. Overall I would go back if in the area again and do recommend the wings. I hate to leave a bad review on a local business in Tifton but this restaurant needs it. Very sketchy building and interior looks worn and dirty. The wings were over cooked and tough and dry as they could be. Ordered the mushrooms and they were severely over cooked. The only real thing that was editable were the fry's. I felt like I had food poisoning the rest of the day. This place will drive you to the bathroom for sure. Food is absolutely horrible. The service was great however but you can't run a restaurant on that. Surely will never return here which is a shame as I like to patronize local businesses. read more

The food is good... It could have been better.. a little overpriced. The service could have been a whole lot better.. Decor is wonderful but the customer service seemed forced and fake.. If they want to succeed they should make their employees be more friendly esp when you call and put in an order. Make the parking area more presentable... It can be confusing and its an accident waiting to happen and I would suggest maybe put a tent and picnic tables outside on the side so people can eat there.
