Unfortunately the overall quality of the place left much to be desired, even when compared to other Bdubs locations. Place was messy and unclean, including restrooms. There was stepped-on fries on the carpet--never cleaned for our whole time there, btw. Cray. Food quality was bad/chicken was stiff and ingredients tasted more chemically than normal, if that makes any sense whatsoever. Everything tasted "off," quite sadly. Service was poor in how infrequently we were checked on, though our server did have a nice attitude. Maybe poor staffing preparations. We ate at the patio and a certain type of Mexican music was blasting nonstop, was kinda confused by that, didn't help we could barely hear ourselves talk. The service is phenomenal and we sat at the bar area with a wonderful bartender (Paco), which provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond by turning on our favorite football team on the big screens & turned off the music to have our team sound for the entire game. I piused to love BDubs. But they have so far downhill. The wings are dry, overcooked, and a chore to eat. It's been this way for the last 5 or 6 years. I cannot tell you how many times I've made an online order here and it's not ready at the specified time. I live an hour away and submit my orders at least an hour in advance and I always have to wait 15+ minutes past my time to get my food. They also only ever give a minuscule amount of fries and the staff at the hostess stand always has an attitude like it's my fault the food isn't ready. I've ordered at all times of the day so it's not like I'm ordering at peak times, it's whenever I order. Thank god they're making a wingstop in town. read more

For starters, I'd like to encourage anyone considering a visit to this place to read my review and others like it. I was staying at the hotel next door with a friend of mine when we decided to go BDUVS. We entered and stood there for 10 minutes before we were greeted. We ended up sitting at the bar as it was a college football night, and we wanted to catch some of the games. When we arrived at the bar, we waited another 10 minutes before I was able to get the attention of the Bartender. Mind you, the restaurant was less than half full, and there were eight of us sitting at the bar. After we ordered a couple of draft beers, I noticed mine had particles of something floating on the top. I asked to have it replaced, and you would have thought I asked the bartender to cut off his left arm. But after a few minutes of rebuttal, he agreed to get me a new one. At this time, I requested food menus, as we were hungry and wanted to eat. I again had to flag down the bartender to get menus. He came back in five minutes and took our order. So far, not too bad, right? However, after forty-five minutes, we still hadn't received our food. I asked the Bartender to check our food, and he never came back. He returned to the bar but avoided us until I asked for the Manager. Fifteen minutes later, no food, no manager. I then walked out to get some fresh air, and three waitresses were standing around a vehicle smoking weed. I then went back inside and was advised by my buddy that there was still no food or manager. I then walked up to a waitress and asked her to please get the manager for me. She said yes and walked into the back. At this time, the waitress brought out our food, which was cold and greasy. After another five minutes, a white female with blond hair (I think her name was Amanda) walked out and approached me from the back of the bar, stating she was the manager. I'm a pretty muscular guy, so I guess she didn't want to approach me by herself, as five large African American men who worked in the kitchen came and stood behind her. I started laughing and told her I was glad she brought her back up. She replied What can I do for you. I explained the situation and asked her to remove my burger from the bill. She then laughed sarcastically and said, "No, she wasn't going to take it off the bill." Then stated and I quote "You have harassed three people during your time here and made others feel fearful." I just laughed and told her, 'Fine, I'll give you enough to cover our beers and leave.' She stated fine, she would call the police, which I told her to do. Now I am a police Officer for a living (but never told her I was a LEO), and I know it is a civil dispute if I refused to pay. At this time, my buddy stepped in and said, 'Here, handed her a credit card, and told her he would pay the bill.' She said Good thing. I continued to laugh, as I had never experienced such horrible service and dealt with such a condescending, rude manager. All Buffalo Wild Wings usually have terrible food, but this was off-the-charts bad. I beg you not to go there if you end up in Tifton, GA. There is a Chili's and an Applebee's across the street. Please use one of them unless you want to have the worst experience of your life. read more

I got the naked tenders. They're ok although perhaps a tad undercooked. I've never been to a BWW where they don't cut up the celery and carrots so that was odd and also had to ask for forks. The kids got the regular tenders and they are good. The food was nice and hot when it arrives. Not thrilled with their safety precautions. Almost every employee I saw either had their mask down at their chin or under the nose. Not feeling the caution here. Probably will not be back. read more

I really enjoy visiting this particular BWW. But it doesn't seem like everyone is doing their best to wear their masks properly. The hostess isn't wearing a mask at all and most of the servers are wearing their masks below their nose and mouth. I've even seen a couple of managers doing this. There was a roach on my table and when I reported it, it they looked like they didn't belive me. So I asked to move tables. By then I could not stomach eating my food because I wasn't sure if the roach was in it before I saw it. So the manager gave us $19 off, a random number. When my husband decided he didn't want his food, we asked to have it taken off and only pay for the drinks. After the manager made some calls, she reluctantly took the food off.
