Wanna know why everyone loves Chick-fil-A? Here's why: I just rolled into the drive-thru that was AT LEAST 18 cars deep. They had TWO smiling people with handhelds on the outside curb greeting their hangry lunchtime patrons. I rattled off my order (because we all know the menu by heart) and proceeded through the line. I think it took longer for me to say my order aloud than it did to get to the pick-up window, which as a reminder, was AT LEAST 18 cars deep! Then, I was greeted by yet another smiling crew member who pleasantly exclaimed, "Good afternoon, April. Here is your bag of deliciousness." My bag of deliciousness?! Say what?! It was like the heavens had parted and angels were passing my bag through the window. All of them were shouting, "My pleasure!" as she sent me away with my sackful of sauces and my savory strips. I drove away bewildered, wondering to myself what I did to deserve this kindness, this benevolence, this exceptional hospitality?! I didn't have to scream through a barely audible speaker. I didn't have to pull up and wait 8 minutes for someone to walk out with my greasy burger and soggy fries AFTER they had already disappointed me when they said, "Our i'e cream machine broke." Nor did I have to pull back around and go inside because they left the fries out of my bag when the ONLY thing I ordered was fries. I did nothing to deserve Chick-fil-A's generosity! I wouldn't really brag about any particular item on the menu that you just have to have, but what I will brag about is the fact that every time you order from here, it's a few levels of upgrade from any other fast food restaurant you'd end up eating at. That's why I can always count on Chick-fil-A! The last 3 times I've been to the Moultrie location I've been disappointed. Once again I visited the Moultrie location, this time on a Saturday morning hoping to have a good chicken biscuit and coffee with 3 creams. These were not the only items, we had a 10 count minis, yogurt, coke and I asked the young lady bringing the bag to my car,while in line,for several packs of honey. Receipt has everything clearly on it. 1st No cream for my coffee! 2nd A spicy biscuit! Didn't order a spicy chicken because I don't like spicy chicken biscuits. I ordered a regular chicken biscuit. Cannot eat spicy chicken biscuits! 3rd Two packs of honey! If the bag takes 2 hands to carry, we need more than 2 packs of honey. A chicken biscuit and a 10 count of minis, 2 packs of honey! Asked for several. A pack = 1 A couple = 2 A few = 3 Several = more than 3 Now I see why a lot of the cars in line take a few minutes to check their bags completely before pulling off. Your process is flawed greatly. If you would take the time to verify the order before it makes it to the customer, you will eventually gain your customer's trust back and they will stop holding up the line having to unwrap every item in the bag to ensure it is correct. Having 3 orders piled up at the window are worthless if one out of those 3, is wrong If you verify accurately, you will decrease your line wait time. You are attempting to push customers right through the process. Here, take what we give you and get out of this line. Don't push the customer through, pull the customer through your process with a great experience and the correct order every time! It's not that anyone is impolite. They treat you with great respect. I would prefer to get my order right, not sometime but every single time! The last 3 times I've visited your location, wrong every time. I am 55 years young and I've been a life long customer of Chick-fil-A , since your beginning days. For most of my adult life I have visited your restaurants 4 to 5 times a week, but I think I'm done. It's just not worth the frustration. I graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2000. In the College of Business we had one classroom dedicated to Dan Cathy. The room had a mural of Cathy on the feature wall, with him on a motor cycle and dressed in his leathers, so cool and down to earth. We studied his business philosophy and concepts. You've gone to how many can we serve, with our double line drive through versus how can we give each customer a quality experience. Stop pushing customers through. I promise you, we would rather have the quality. I not sure, but I don't think Mr. Cathy would be happy right now. Did I go back to the store to get the proper item, no I didn't. I'm tired of going back. The issue is not being fixed! Go back to quality not quantity! read more

They were very friendly so huge thumbs up for that. I tried something different. I got the eight piece chicken nuggets. I usually get a sandwich when I stop into a Chik-Fil-A. This time I tried the nuggets, though tasty the price point was crazy! Eight for 2.99. A whole chicken doesn't cost that much. They were the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen... I was using a magnifying glass and could barely see them in the tiny little box. WoW! My chocolate shake was delightful. read more

The secret is not yet out in Moultrie about Chic-fil-a. In my home town county many miles from Moultrie, there is always a huge line. I got to the place at 12:15 p and walked to the order desk first in line. Got my order five minutes later and the line had finally started to grow. up until about six months ago this was the high light of veterans parkway but as of recently the standard they hold their team members too as well as the service itself has taken a steady decline. And its never when they are busy they know how to work a rush up there but when the lull comes they slack. Neglecting the curbside pick-up, goofing off in the window while customers wait for their DRINKS, simply putting fries in the bag instead of the fruit cup that was ordered and charged. I had a lot of respect for the work ethic and moral of this restaurant but slacking off even a little bit after having such high standards with the original owners makes it look very bad on the new management part. that mac and cheese do be hittin tho. read more

I used to work here & hated it. Though we typically didn't show it, there was always a lot of drama behind the scenes. Ever since I quit, they don't treat me like a valued customer anymore. When I go through the drive thru, they turn their backs to me, take forever to give me food, don't smile, don't say "My pleasure," & they're always talking about a problem going on, whether it be talking bad about another worker or a customer, or something to do w/money that customers should NOT hear about. The only reason I wouldn't give them less than 3 stars is because the food is great and despite the service, I'll continue to eat there. read more
