We still ate it because we had been waiting for nearly 50 minutes at this point. The main food was ok, except they got my order wrong. Again, I saw no use in complaining since our waitress was so busy and we hardly saw her. That would be a bad experience by itself. For some reason one of the tables next to us decided to host a "Dolly Parton Tribute" since it was 9/25 (9-2-5). At one point, one of the ladies turned on a speaker in the small, enclosed seating areas and asked who objects to this Dolly Parton impersonator singing. When I objected she laughed in my face and continued to set up the song. Luckily the waitress came by and I asked if she could put a stop to it. Maybe the restaurant could have prevented this. Overall, this experience sucked. We were trying to make it to the football game and we ended up missing the first quarter because of our horrible experience tonight. ALSO, who charges for water? We were charged $3.96 for four waters. I was going to say something about the overall experience but my grandmother wouldn't let me. They are open daily for breakfast and lunch and dinner plus the buffet menu changes daily. The price was very reasonable, since the town doesn't really have anything like this anywhere else. The service was friendly and the server will take care of anything you need. The ambiance of the room was quiet for the most part, spacious, and casual setting making it family friendly. I highly recommend the visit if you are hungry, enjoy Southern food, and love variety in a meal at an affordable price. We will be back to try the breakfast buffet and other dinner items.
