it has always been amazing here, but this last time i went it was hot, there were flys probably because opening doors and it was summer, and i think the AC maybe went out. but the people who work here are usually very friendly! the bathrooms definitely weren't the best but that's ok! but the food is ALWAYS top tier read more

Ugh I don't know why I went here.. ordered a 3 egg plate .. grits is cold. Its so crazy I waited so long just for some cold grits . I was the only one in drive thru line wtf. Door is locked so you have to go to slow drive thru and wait. Egg was hot but by the time I'm waiting to reach window my food is cold .. I want a refund. I will not visit this location again! I got here early one day and went to the register to order and noticed they have gone up in price on my scrambler bowls. There were 2 kids screaming "Mom, Mom, Mom" across the room at the lady taking my order who finally yelled back "What!!!" as I got two breakfast bowls to go & was about to leave and looked inside them. They were barely halfway full so I took it to the counter and asked them if they could put some grits in them. The cook/ manager caught an attitude and said "That's what they come with!" So I caught a bigger attitude and showed her the bowls and said "They're only halfway full!" I'm normally chill but can raise my voice and catch an attitude with the best of them too, Ms. Thang. So she took them to her station, pulled out the sausage and slapped them on the counter, added a ladle of grits and handed them over without a word. So I stopped to eat in the restaurant just to write this review and am looking around noticing that there is only one other customer, 2 screaming kids, and every table needs to be clean. So, besides being a messy children daycare center, apparently the grits are so expensive to make that bowls are only half full now as well as going up in price. Wow... mind blown. Krystal's in Moultrie is one of the worst I have ever been to and I will not come back. read more

Okay, the people at this Krystal have always been friendly, excellent in customer service, and the food is good. HOWEVER, last night (as has occurred on now, several occasions), we went to eat at the Restaurant in Moultrie, and they have a bad habit of shutting down the inside, EARLY. It will be posted they close the inside at 10pm, and they had already locked the doors by 9:40pm. Very, very frustrating. Sadly, we went somewhere else to eat - Next door to them at Arby's. This is becoming a regular occurrence. 5 Stars for food and people. 3 Stars for closing their doors regularly, early. read more

Good food, friendly staff, but the drive-thru is extremely slow. That wouldn't normally be a problem but I was on my one hour lunch break. And this time they left out my chicken strip dipping sauce. That's ok. The strips were delicious without the sauce. The chili is delicious as are the drinks(Cokes). I'll be back but probably not on my lunch break. 1/12/2021. I went to tjis place over the weekend and as I entered the door I was greated with kindness by some wonderful employees with great integrity. ..Clap your hands.. Lol. This store is very fast when serving customers. So if at a place and it's taking all day to get your foof them leave and come to Krystals.... They have gteat food that is always served fresh all day long... I love to eat a krystal every now and then because they have a one of a kind taste , plus the magnified aroma from the burgers will make you drull. . woops you need a napkin... Lol. Service has gone downhill drastically in the last month or so. I eat breakfast there 3 or 4 times a week. Maybe not any more if things don't improve. read more
