(The red salsa was a bit too spicy for me and took away from the overall flavor.) The restaurant itself is located in what looks like a repurposed old service station in downtown Adel, which gives it a lot of charm. There's a spacious outdoor area, indoor seating, and even a small playground for kids--definitely a nice spot for families or casual outings. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is mainly due to portion balance. There could've been more Birria meat in the ramen--the ratio of meat to noodles felt off.
