Two sub combos cost $30. One sandwich was remade bc it was wrong. They remade WRONG sandwich! Absolutely NOTHING was correct all the way down to the large sweet teas that were unsweet. No chips with the combos either. Can they please train the employees how to READ? And LISTEN? This fast food is too overpriced to have employees that cannot comprehend no onions and no mustard! Do y'all need a manager because I have experience. If they were as concerned with the orders as they were standing around and talking to other employees that would be a start. First time visit several months back I gave this place rave reviews Have been coming here quite frequently and noticed a somewhat down hill spiral Well how things change.. Monday Aug 13 had lunch ... usually a greeting of Welcome to FireHouse as you enter ... Not today... the person working the register continually messed up orders including mine... and had the line backed up... after noticing my order was wrong I brought it to the managers attention who stated I'd have to get back in line to have it re-rang ( reordered)... well I just didn't want to go through that again so I settled for what I got.... nobody was being greeted as they came in as well as everyone appeared unhappy to work today... To TOP IT OFF ... look what I found crawling out of the kitchen..... picture attached.... the guy taking the food to the tables was shown the roach who went and got a dustpan and broom and swept it up... then went back to passing out food to the tables without washing his hands Sorry ... but now I know why this place is not packed like it First was when opened I WILL NOT BE BACK read more

I live in Phenix City, AL and I visited some friends in Moultrie for the weekend. I ate at this Firehouse for lunch & I didn't realize the sandwiches are supposed to be that big! The one in Phenix City is awful compared to here; I've honestly struggled going to the one in my town after eating at this one. It was super super good & they made my food fast. I wish I would have taken a picture for side by side comparison. read more

This Firehouse was the only restaurant open. I took my whole high school soccer team in. The staff was awesome! The got every order correct, very polite, and were very fast. A+++++ job by all!!!! read more

Writing this as I'm sitting in the drive through at the speaker box waiting to be greated. Its 1:50pm. My stop watch on my phone says 3:30 minutes and counting. This is actually the second time they've completely ignored us at the speaker box. The first time they at least greeted us and asked us to hold on. As I finish typing it's now been 5 minutes with no response. We saw them serving guests inside as we pulled up. Losing our trust firehouse. Love you're food and what you stand for but not the service. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We waited 48 minutes from the time we ordered until we received our subs. When it came out, the order was incorrect (they put cheese on my sub when I ordered it without) and I couldn't eat it due to being lactose intolerant. They also locked the doors a whole 2 hours before closing time to keep anyone else from coming in-- and they were not busy (maybe 6 customers in total in the restaurant the whole time we were there). EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. Moultrie Firehouse Subs is total waste of time and money. read more

Subs are very average considering your going to wait 20+ minutes even if nobody else is here. This is the 3rd time in a row I've had 20-30 minute waits for 1-2 subs. As sad as it is to say I guess I'll have to go back to eating subway unfortunately. read more

Ordered on DoorDash. Half of the order was left off. Tried to call the store and kept getting a dead tone. Had to go all the way to the store. The guy hands me a sandwich and says "I THINK this is it". Why don't we be SURE this time? I was never offered any compensation for having to drive up there after I already paid DoorDash and tipped the driver in order to not have to drive to town. Worst customer service I have EVER seen and will not ever return. I'd rather go to McDonald's at this point and that's sad. read more

They were great when they first started and have quickly went further and further downhill. In Drive through had to have a sandwich remade not once but twice and it took over 35 minutes total to leave the restaurant. The food is great! Quality meats, usually fresh ingredients, but be prepared to wait and possibly have to get your food remade. Not a good place if you need anything Went back... tried to give more chances... been sitting in drive through for about 15 minutes and still waiting... this is ridiculous read more

We have been going here since they opened. We have always gotten good food. We went last Sunday after church and they were very busy, but not anything unusual for the after church lunch rush. We ordered and sat down. More of our family got there and ordered 10 minutes after us. I kept noticing that when people got their food, they seemed to be sending it back because it was apparently not correct. After 40 minutes of waiting, one person in our group got his meal. He ordered 10 minutes after I did. I asked why he received his food before us and was told "they have all those tickets messed up back there." Then other people that came in after us started getting food and/or complaining and asking about their food. I took my receipt to the prep line and asked. They apparently couldn't find my ticket. I left my receipt with them. They said I would be next (right after someone who ordered after me. I waited an additional 20 minutes and then finally asked to get my money back. The cashier searched for my receipt, they had lost it. She asked if we had the combos and if we had already eaten the chips and the drink. I told her yes, and asked if she expected me to pay for that after waiting an hour. She got attitude but did refund my money. It will be quite a while before we give it another try. read more

I did an order online, said it would be ready at 12:20. I arrive at 12:20. The lady in the lobby says it's not ready. I waited 15 more minutes and ask a different lady. It had been sitting down at the end by the cash register. EVEN though, there is a LARGE SIGN near the other end, stating Online Order Pick-up. This store is going to close if you don't get a manager. Your employees just don't care - they really don't. read more
