Pretty bad experience here... just stopped by for dinner on our way to Florida. Took 45 mins to get our food and we got it, it was not good. Chicken tenders were pretty flavorless and the fries tasted old... and the quesadilla was so greasy. Almost made me physically sick at the table. We were a party of 4. The food was excellent! I have never seen a crispy chicken sandwich that big and soooo fresh. The real stars were the manager Lee and the waitresses. We had a great server, but food was terrible! Party of 3 people; one had vegetable sides of asparagus and broccoli. Asparagus was very very thin and overcooked and limp. Chilis must have gotten a great deal from grocery wholesaler on old asparagus. Broccoli was overcooked. I had salad and it was supposed to have grilled chicken but Did Not. We paid at the table kiosk and asked to speak with manager- but no one showed up. We finally left. At a minimum Chilis owes me for grilled chicken I never received! Honest review of someone who hasn't eaten at a Chilis in prob 15 years or longer... At this location: - The employees are so nice and accommodating. - Not sure how clean this place was, there are handprints all over their doors and windows when we sat down looking out and else where. - walking by the bar to the restrooms, its smells really bad, like bad BO and feet. That was a bit disconcerting. - I also don't like that you have to pay by a tablet at your table, very much like eating at the airport. -The place is very dim-lit which made me wonder what they were trying to "not show". To be fair, when it comes to the quality of their food I'm not sure if this would apply to just this location or all the Chilis because I have nothing to compare except from my years ago from eating at a Chilis. We just decided to take a chance (we were in the mood for crap/bad for you food) and to see if they still had the chili queso and the Cesar salads (like back in the day). Sadly they no longer serve the Cesar salads with fresh grilled chicken, so I opted for the Santa Fe grilled chicken salad. I would say this quality of salad is on par for the Chick Fil A salads. The chicken isn't fresh, pre-made cut up pieces (this was disappointing). The salad was rather bland but again, on par for a Chick Fil A salad and for about the same price. We also had chips and salsa and queso- this has not changed! Was so good! My hubs went for the trio of chicken a fingers, sliders and wings. He said it was really tasty. All this to say, we probably won't be back not necessarily to this location but overall to a Chilis. We didn't enjoy the food so much that we'd be back and truthfully we typically eat healthier. However, I do see how Chilis overtime has been able to keep their prices so low by serving a lower quality of food, and faster made etc. Again, you get what you pay for. This is the first one star review I've done and it makes me sad. The food was good/mid as per usual (it's chilis come on what do you expect!?). But that's not the point... The service was pretty bad! My order got messed up and it took the kitchen took 45 minutes to get my wrong order out of the kitchen. That stuff happens sometimes though and is not that big of a deal. The reason for this one star review is that they actively try to rob you. The ziosk machines that you use to pay are programmed in such a way that it says a 20% tip is ACTUALLY closer to 40%. I've never seen such highway robbery from any establishment in my entire life. They prey on the negligent trust we as customers give them to calculate a tip that's actually 20%. Wait staff was super super slow. Waitress was so slow at everything she did taking order bringing food everything. We ended up having to call the restaurant and ask them to come to the table to bring our food. We were there for almost 2 hours. It will be awhile before we ever go there again. First time going to this restaurant, the service was good. The food is another story. My wife and I ordered the stake, my daughter ordered the Mac and shrimp. My son had the chili. We all tried each others food and everyone's food was great except my stake. My stake was made with rotten meat, the cook tried to cover the rotten taste with an absurd amount of garlic butter. When I brought this to the staffs attention they replaced the steak with a good one. My refreshed stake came out well after my family finished their meal. We stopped by on our way Atlanta. The hostess was unfriendly and set us directly in the bar area without asking if we wanted to sit there. As the place was practically empty so we thought it was the only option. Our waitress, who was also the bartender, came by and took our order. She brought out my wife's tortillas way before the food came out so we needed to send those back as they were dried out when the food came. Food was typical Chili's food. My wife ordered the molten cake for desert. The cake wasn't properly heated so that had to be sent back. In all, we would not come back. read more

The rib were dry and the Mgr explained the oven used doesn't work well. The describe how dry I could not pull the bones from the meat.

Tonight was daddy daughter date night and Chili's did a great job. A section in the restaurant was decorated like a princess Wonderland. Some of the staff were dressed up as princesses. They also had face paint, decorate a frame and gave out some little goodies. All in all it was a special night and thank you for providing this. The food was great and fast. My nephew took my brother and myself to Chili's today for our annual birthday lunch. We had a really great meal. Our server was Emma. She was very friendly, which I love in a server. There should be more like her. She made you feel like she really enjoyed serving you. Everyone was accommodating. The manager stopped by to see how the food was. Which I always appreciate.
