We decided to eat here instead of Striplings and are we glad we did. The place is so clean. The menu offers so many options for Chicken Salad and all are delicious. I had the Fancy Nancy Scoop with a cup of Tomato Bisque soup. My husband got the toasted Fancy Nancy on wheat bread. He had a choice of white, wheat or croissant. It was toasted perfectly. It's good when you want a chicken salad sandwich and don't feel like making it at home

Ordered The Chick with a scoop and a sandwich. Sandwich did not include lettuce or tomato. Scoop came with only four packs of crackers. Has inflation caused CSC to cut back on crackers? The prices are higher but they're cutting back on lettuce, tomatoes and crackers. The large Coke was good. The cookie was delectable. The pickle spear was not to my liking. I prefer dill pickles but oh well Im out of luck there. The drive-thru, although crowded went fairly fast. I guess when you leave food out you're able to prepare the meals faster. The employees were nice. Will probably not eat at this particular CSC again. read more

1/3/2026, the wife and I stopped in for light dinner @5:30 PM. The place was empty, including the front counter. We waited about 5 minutes and finally yelled "is anyone here?" A rude employee finally appeared and I asked if they were closed. No reply! She apparently didn't like the fact that we interrupted her gab session in the back and became somewhat persnickity when taking our orders. The food was good but that's all. The tables obviously hadn't been cleaned so we moved to one that had been "brushed off". Poor management (or none) here. read more

Per their website, this location is open today - on Thanksgiving day - - but, it is NOT open. We found this out once we got off the interstate and went to the restaurant. Unfortunately, we wasted about 35+ minutes of our 10 hr trip home. I'm sure other travelers would appreciate the website being updated/accurate for the future holidays so their travel time isn't wasted as well. read more

Tifton, GA - our first time at this chain as there's not one close to us. We had heard good things. It did not disappoint. For $8.49 you get a sandwich, small side, small pickle spear and a small butter cream cookie. Drinks are extra but water was free. Due to traveling with a pet we opted for the drive thru. The chicken salad was really fresh though we were not fans of the pre toasted bread. The broccoli salad was fresh too - we would like a little more of the dressing for flavor. The pickle was tasty though a bit flaccid. Needed more crunch. The cookie was a nice finish to the meal. The multi compartment container the food was in kept it organized which we appreciated BUT wewould love to see it made from cardboard rather than styrofoam. Overall a good experience and we would return. read more

I adore chicken salad chick. Everything I have had is really good. They have every type of chicken salad which is cool! I typically get the trio which you can get a combination of different things. I really like to get the broccoli salad, and kickin kay Lynne along with either the pimento cheese or a homemade soup - depending on what they have for that day. The atmosphere is definitely more of fun lunch vibes. The employees have always been friendly and willing to help. It's also a newer and clean place. They have outdoor seating and fans. I have seen some bring their pup outdoors. They also have prepackaged small and large dishes. So if you'd like to bring some extra home for the week that is a great way to do that! read more

While visiting family in Tifton, GA we stopped in not once but twice. The food as great, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Lucy took time out to talk with us and tell us about the place. Best chicken salad ever!! They have a unique selection of chicken salads that you can't find anywhere else. My favorite flavor is the Jalapeno Holly. With the chicken salad meal you can choose a side item or a second scoop of chicken salad that comes with crackers and a delicious iced sugar cookie. My favorite side item is the grape salad. Stopped here for lunch. Lots of good options. I got the Chicken Salad BLT, with a side of chicken salad and chicken Tortilla soup. All for about $14. I had it on croissant but wish I opted for wheat and toasted. Croissant was a little dry. Had the Fancy Nancy and Fruity Fran chicken salad which were outstanding. You need to visit this place just to have that at a minimum. Chicken Tortilla soup was tasty and they gave plenty of wheat crackers. They also give a cookie with your order. If you like chicken salad, this is a place you need to check out. I rarely get chicken salad at a restaurant because I feel that my own recipe is the best and I don't want to be disappointed. While I still feel that my own salad is the best this salad did not disappoint me. I got a Cranberry Kelli and my husband got a Fancy Nancy. Mine had dried cranberries and slivered almonds. Personally, I feel that it could have used a few more cranberries, or at the very least whoever put the sandwich together could have spread them out a little better. That wasn't a real big deal though because I just added some grapes from the awesome grape salad that I got as a side, and all was good. My husband's sandwich had apples, pecans and grapes. He said it was okay, but that he likes my recipe better. What can I say? We do not have one of these restaurants where we live now, but we are planning a big move and I've already seen that there is one where we plan to move to. I intend to check them out again and try some more of their interesting looking sides. read more

We are no longer customers of chicken salad chick. We tried so hard to continue to be fans, but were disappointed over and over. The chicken has gristle in it and completely ruins the entire meal. We have given the benefit of the doubt and visited several times to no avail. My family and others have agreed on this. Sorry guys. Gristle is not edible, not to mention $15 per person to dine, and that is just a croissant sandwich and broccoli salad w/drink. read more

I expected something quite less based on the name. I was shocked at the taste, quality, and environment. It has a neat layout that helps keep the noise down. I went for lunch and it was packed and I am looking forward to going back. I had the spicy pimento cheese on whole wheat and it was awesome. It had just the right amount of heat for me. The owners of this store- Julie and Pete- are truly the nicest people! I had car trouble in front of their store. Not only did they come out and help me, but they made sure I was okay over the next nearly 24 hours until I got towed. On top of that, I'd never tried Chicken Salad Chick- their chicken salad is fabulous and the store is so nice and clean with the sweetest employees!
