I don't know who designed this cool store but it has a streamlined floor plan that is wide open for shopping! Beautiful LVT flooring and lots of room on every aisle. This is an elevated general store shopping experience! I discovered this location while traveling, it is not close to my home but if it was, it would be my daily destination for "fresh!" They have a huge selection of meats, seafood, cheeses, wine, beer, fresh cut veggies for easy meal preparation. One thing that is hard to find is old fashioned candies. They have them at this location! I bought coconut haystacks. Yummy sweetness! Stripling's General Store is amazing because it has all the necessary items you need to cook and you could even buy a birthday gift, hat, t-shirt, card, or a grill! Once again went to the "butcher Shop". I asked ma'am do you have some thicker bone-in center cut pork chops? She said let me check. No sir, that's all we got. Really? So I went to Publix where they don't mind cutting whatever you ask for. So my 12 thick cut bone-in pork chops came from Publix. I guess I didn't learn my lesson on the 1st trip. Not again. read more

We usually stop at exit 64 on our way to or from Marietta. But we wanted something different for lunch this time. So glad we found Striplings. We fixed lunch from the hot bar--fried chicken, Lima beans, collard greens and Mac and cheese. All was fantastic! The only con was the Mac and cheese was cold. Not what we expected but the flavor was good. We were even able to pick up a few groceries we need at home in Orlando. We will definitely be back. What a super cute general store! Much more than I expected! We stopped in to use the restrooms and grab gas and I was pleasantly surprised when i stopped in. The store was very clean and organized. They sold tons of goodies and meats, including home decor and holiday items. I would totally recommend and go back! read more

A great place to stop if you are passing through. They had plenty of hot and cold food, including a build your own salad bar, three different types of soups, and build your own sausage bar with 4 different options. They had a nice selection of alcohol, holiday decor, a butcher shop, and tons of candy, chips, drinks, and snacks to choose from. They also had a water bottle filling station. There was a big selection of groceries as well. You could create a dinner meal from stopping here. It was located directly next to a chicken salad chick and there was plenty of parking spaces as well as ~10 gas pumps. The only complaint is the bathrooms. They were pretty gross, the floor was all wet in one of the stalls, and the other stall I did use had toilet paper all over the ground. Absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked in here. Courteous staff, and the cleanest store I've ever seen along an Interstate. Very polite staff who were very helpful to me and my disabled brother. We were able to get delicious amazing sandwiches here, that we took with us in the car, and ate for lunch and dinner that day. They were amazing. Best premade sandwiches ever eaten on interstate 75 in Georgia and I've been traveling this road for six decades. read more

Not the best bbq sandwich ive ever had. Dry and needed more of the smoke flavor that they advertise. The only meats i saw smoked were sausages. I was expecting smoked hams and bacon. Disappointed is all. Otherwise a clean place and friendly people there. Easy off I75 and there are tables to eat what you purchase. A simple salad and prepared foods bar but nothing spectacular. My husband and I try to stop by the store when we are on our road trips back to Florida. I haven't been in here in a while and it has changed a little bit. But they do have a very good butcher section and you can find some interesting Pork products too. read more

Very convenient stop, nice alternative to the overcrowded Bucees store and fuel stops. Much like your average General Store, Convenince Store stop along most interstates with the huge exception of a meat department, where you can buy a variety of cuts of meat, sausages, hot dogs, chili, soups and many sandwich or biscuit options take with you to go with the soft drinks and snacks you would normally get while fueling up! Expect a very clean establishment and a nice stop while traveling through Georgia (several locations, look for the billboards). read more

Great beer selection. Jalapeño jerky is out of this world. Super friendly. The place feels like a mini Whole Foods.
