    12 oz Pecans for $7.98

Ditto what everyone else says - lots of things to choose - from souvenirs to honey to pecans & peanuts to candy and Coke. Prices are not cheap. Good bathroom break. Fill up on gasoline. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Employee at register is not a people person or have typical southern hospitality. I remember that from my first trip and it happened again this time. As a customer, I greeted her because she didn't say anything to me![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Big Georgia Bull Dog fan lives next door. Can't miss it!

This looked like such a cool place to stop on our road trip. We did not take i75 out of FL prior to moving to Central FL so this was the first cool thing we saw on our trip. I love learning new historical tidbits so I thought maybe I could learn something about this place upon stopping. I was probably not paying the best attention but I was unsuccessful. I went in to use the restroom and browse as well. I was immediately drawn to all the moccasins and decided on trying to find a pair. Pink is not my color but the pair I tried on and purchased was pink. Although they are super comfortable, my ankles still are super sensitive and get blisters. I continued walking around the store, which was filled with so many local treats and snacks, as well as the usual souvenirs you see at rest stops. I bought a pecan roll and a diet soda of some sort. The store was old and it was definitely not lively. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The same goes for the cashier. I am still exploring where to find southern charm or politeness![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This roadside rest stop has been here for awhile. I remember stopping here by myself years ago. Now today my wife and I returned. We both loved it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Tons of different types of nuts, jams, salsas, dips, peaches, souvenirs, shirts, etc for purchase. Bathrooms are clean and well kept. We purchased gas and then moved car and did some shopping. We got dark chocolate covered pecans, pralines, and 2 peaches since it is georgia. All were great. Definitely worth a stop.

Stopped in here when we got into GA. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This was a fun place. So many candies and spices, dressings and other stuff to browse.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also, there carry shoes which were amazingly comfortable and of course I got a pair. The color was the hard part. I did end up getting the black ones.

The bathroom was nice it was clean and the sink water was cold. We bought some pecans and they sell a bunch of stuff as well like toys and other foods.

We stopped here mainly because we wanted to use their well-advertised clean bathrooms, but also to get some nuts & jams, plus a specific salad dressing my co-worker requested if we stopped. We were not disappointed by this visit. First, the bathrooms are indeed very clean and well-stocked! The women's restroom was large & quite bright, with a lot of stalls. I don't remember the sink area well, though, because I was chatting with the young employee that was tidying the bathroom after she commented on my Bauhaus t-shirt. My only gripe would be that the honey seemed overpriced, so I didn't buy any. That aside, the jams, nuts, dressings & sauces were reasonably priced, and Magnolia Plantation offers quite a variety! In addition to the bottles bought for my coworker (something Vidalia Onion as a dressing & also a steak sauce), I bought a Ranch Lover's dressing (which I realized later we already had from a prior visit but worth repurchasing), a Georgia Peach Pecan dressing, and a Bear Jam, along with several varieties of nuts and some kind of brittle. When you drive I-75 between Florida & Georgia, you know Magnolia Plantation. Of course it's a touristy stop but they have a great selection of local items. And the bathrooms are really as large & clean as their billboards claim!

Their retail store is a much smaller version of the products you see at the pecan and candy shops along the interstate. This is located at the facility where the products are made. They have samples out for most, if not all, of their products to help you decide what you want. That's assuming you don't want one of everything. We got dark chocolate covered pecans, chocolate covered dried cherries, chocolate covered blueberries, divinity and a gift box of chocolate covered pecans. We easily met the "deal" requirements for a free peanut brittle. We got to taste samples of everything except the peanut brittle. I don't remember seeing samples of that. All of the chocolate covered candies are delicious but the big surprise was the peanut brittle. I used to love peanut brittle but I had given up on it a long time ago for fear of breaking a tooth. I decided to get it out for our family Christmas gathering and took a little piece, figuring to just suck on it until it melted. Turned out it was easily crunchable and not too sweet. Of the variety of things I put out to munch on this Christmas Day, their brittle was one of the hits. This assures that we will make sure to stop at Dillon Candy and not pass by. Their prices are reasonable. The choices are limited to what they make. Many of the products are in generic packaging rather than their retail packaging which probably helps keep the prices down. The store is small and they have regular business hours Monday-Friday, 8-5. If you are passing through on US 84 during that time you need to stop.

Smaller campers should be just fine here, but if you have a larger camper that runs on regular gas, the pump area can feel a little tight. If you're pulling diesel, the diesel pump area offers much more space and is easier to maneuver. Inside, everything was very clean and well kept -- the bathrooms were spotless, which is always a huge plus when you're on the road. They had a great selection of snacks, hot food, and deli options. There's also a Hardee's attached, which makes it a convenient stop for a quick meal. The employees were friendly and even wished us safe travels, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a solid and convenient stop if you're passing through with a camper!

The company started in 1964 and remains family-owned today. It has grown to about 679 locations in 42 states, making it one of the largest travel-stop chains in the country. This particular location is along I-75, and we found it very easy to get to from the interstate. The layout is convenient for both cars and trucks. The gas pumps for cars are located in front of the building, while the much larger truck parking area is behind it. Once inside, we found the store relatively clean although the trash cans by the gas pumps were full. The restrooms are located toward the back of the building and were clean during our visit. Like most Love's locations, there is a good selection of drinks, snacks, food, and other items you might need while traveling. Overall, this was a nice and functional travel stop that provided exactly what we needed. It was easy to get to, had a good layout separating the car and truck areas, clean restrooms, and plenty of choices inside. If you are traveling along I-75 through the Tifton area and need gas, a bathroom break, or just a place to get out and stretch your legs, I would definitely recommend this Love's to my fellow travelers. Enjoy!
