Maps is a little hard to find the place. It gets you close enough for it not to get you lost though. Sizable parking lot for larger gatherings. The building itself has some history to it. I didn't read into it much but from what I gathered it has been around for a long time! The reception area has a homey feel to it. A lot of wood and cabin type decor. The eating area is a little cramped with the group I was with but not unmanageable for around 100 people I'd guess. Another room is a bar style area where apps can be placed with some sitting areas. There is one pool table which is where I spent some time socializing. Last room you'll find is the back patio room which was used for the dance floor. It was warm out but it has a lot of fans on the ceiling to keep the air moving. The ceremony area was a good walk out back of the reception area. The surrounding farm land was a gorgeous sight and definitely added to the romantic feel you'd hope for. It was a pleasurable experience! I applaud the happy couple in their choice of venue, and wish you two a life full of love!

When I first arrive at the location the power was out from a thunderstorm that just swept through…read more I sat and waited for a while. Then I left to go grab dinner. When I returned, everything was up and running. My room is away from the street. No highway traffic. I'll sleep excellently tonight. It's an older room. The carpet is clean. The bed is soft, and the shower was lukewarm. The handsink is hotter than the shower. We'll see how it goes tonight. I'll update in the morning.

Can hear people's conversations from the room next door (and they're not talking loudly-just regular conversation volume). Comforter has a hole in it. TV is 15 years old -literally (sticker on back of tv says manufactured in 2009). Just not a good stay - would not recommend.

My eye was swollen, my left arm had 3 bumps, my right arm 2 bumps, my stomach has 2 bumps, 2 bumps under my right ear, 4 bumps on my back.!!! I even have pictures of my injuries and of the bed bug!
