She drove us to the main lodge and helped us with our luggage and our dog. She then went and got us dinner and we ate in the main lodge dinning area. We had the whole place to ourselves. Our dog(a big black lab) was allowed to run around the whole farm. He even went swimming in the pond. both Benji and Jenna are totally AMAZING hosts. Sundown Farms is beautiful place to stay and unwind and I am sure if you need something they will help you get it.

He's happy to help with anything at any time never makes you feel like an imposition. The hunting guides have all been wonderful. Every guide we have been out with was also knowledgeable and patient. All the dogs have been so much fun to watch. Mrs. Katherine and Mr. Tyrone in the kitchen are the best! They make incredible food and are so welcoming. This place is a total gem and I 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a quail hunt. I'm sure every other service they offer is just as awesome!

It was near the lake and one of the places they hold rehearsal dinners, and things. These are older cabins that were brought in from my understanding and painted and some upkeep done. They are small, but very cute and serve the purpose they are intended for. You are able to cook a full meal in the kitchen if that's what you need to do. The bathroom where we stayed was plenty enough room to shower and get ready. Had a beautiful tree outside in the front yard. Might I add at the barn where the couple got married was absolutely beautiful. I know that they had gotten the tables and everything ready and they were just gorgeous. The property is stunning and very well kept. I don't think you could go wrong if you live in the area by renting this amazing space for your event. They also just rent the cabins if you want to do some wine tasting or just stay in Fisher for the weekend.

The whole property is well maintained, the owners and crew are attentive, so helpful, friendly and so accommodating! The horse drawn carriage is a wonderful touch, the fireworks were magical, and the venue options across the property are all so beautiful. I also want to say that the little houses/ cottages on the property are adorable and would be cute to stay in any time of year. They're quaint and so well decorated, welcoming and charming. When I first arrive at the location the power was out from a thunderstorm that just swept through…read more I sat and waited for a while. Then I left to go grab dinner. When I returned, everything was up and running. My room is away from the street. No highway traffic. I'll sleep excellently tonight. It's an older room. The carpet is clean. The bed is soft, and the shower was lukewarm. The handsink is hotter than the shower. We'll see how it goes tonight. I'll update in the morning.

The genie is primarily used for weddings and it is gorgeous. Built on a sprawling 15 acre pecan orchard, there are stables, cottages and the main "pond house" where the reception was held. You have to do some driving on the backroads of rural southern Georgia to get there, but it is well worth it. Can't wait to check this place out during the daytime.
