Today, there are over 3300 Chick-fil-A restaurants across the United States. I will gladly admit that I am a CFA fan. I have always appreciated this chain wherever I have visited for their dedication to consistent quality, friendly staff, cleanliness and bright welcoming atmosphere. With thousands of Chick-fil-A locations nationwide and hundreds in Georgia alone, this one seemed to fit the familiar pattern in a good way. It was easy to reach, located just off I-75. There was plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. making it a convenient stop for travelers or locals looking for a dependable meal. Even though, like most locations, it had a busy drive through, it did not feel difficult to enter or exit the lot. We went inside to order rather than using the drive-thru, and even with a busy dining area, the restaurant was kept clean. The staff at the counter were polite and upbeat, keeping the line moving smoothly. Our food and drinks were prepared quickly, arriving hot, fresh, and exactly as we like. As with all the CFA locations we have visited, the prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes and quality. Overall, this Chick-fil-A had easy access, fast service, clean surroundings, and reliably good food. It's a good stop if you're passing through Tifton and want some good comfort food. read more

I went for the first time arriving at 10:07 am on Wednesday July 16, I ordered a 8 piece grilled chicken nugget and after ringing n order up I decided to change to a grilled chicken wrap. The cashier then informed me that the grill does not get fired up until 10:30. But she had rang me up for nuggets that she then said were only available in fried. As a huge Chick-fil-A fan, I can state unequivocally that I will never visit this location again. As I do every few months, I was making a trip up I-75 from my home in North Florida. I had planned to stop in either Lake Park or Valdosta around 8am for breakfast. Chick-fil-A has recently put the Spicy Chicken Biscuit back on the menu (yay!). I decided to hold off on stopping until about 8:45. Since I had to use the restroom, I went inside to order my food: A Spicy Chicken Biscuit and an OJ. The young lady who took my order wasn't terribly personable, but whatever; no big deal. I received my sandwich and returned to my car to eat it. I didn't even take a bite. I could tell just by looking at it that it was old. The biscuit was soggy and the piece of chicken was borderline disgusting. I immediately shut the car off and walked back inside. I explained to the person at the counter that my sandwich was OLD and I requested a fresh one. I took the second one to the car and that one was only barely edible. At least the orange juice was nice and cold. So I'll give them two stars for that. This store gives Chick-fil-A bad name. P.S.: I stopped at a different CFA in Macon (I-75 & Eisenhower) and had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich for lunch. It was to die for. And the young lady working the drive-thru was a delight. I've been hitting this roadside stop for years of travel between FL, Atlanta, and NC. Always amazes me how well-oiled this place is. Huge crowds, but they handle it just fine. Today we showed up with 13 people. The line went incredibly fast, and everyone had hot fresh food fast. Only one glitch to one order. Got a 3-piece tenders when it was supposed to be a 4-piece. But they responded perfectly. "Apologize and make it right." We had a hot 4-piece at our table lightning fast. In addition to the 3-piece we already had. So the kids had a little extra food for their trouble. So many businesses in the service industry could learn a few things from CFA. read more

After paying $9+ dollars for a meal I am very disappointed. I was suppose to have a medium fry, but what I got was literally 5 fries in the medium fry box, my bun was hard on my sandwich. Looks like I'm not the only Atlanta Yelper to review this Chick-fil-A. It's conveniently located off I-75, making it an ideal stop for a meal while traveling to and from Florida. I stopped by here last night about an hour before the restaurant closed (10pm) and there was a full staff with a steady stream of customers. Chick-fil-A Tifton is a full-sized CFA complete with assorted seating (tables, booths, high-tops), kids playground, and more. I noticed this CFA has a bit of a small town "community" feel to it with local newsletters and calendar of events for special dates such as family night. Of course, we experienced the same great service you find at almost every other CFA, which is what makes this franchise awesome. I tried the new Chicken Tortilla Soup, which comes in two sizes (medium and large). I'm not a huge fan of soups, but this one wasn't bad. We got the last one in stock. The soup is served in a disposable black bowl with clear snap-on lid and a bag of tortilla strip chips. The soup itself was piping hot and quite hearty and chunky. The creamy and thick white broth was filled with plenty of beans (black, navy, and Great Northern), chunks of chicken breast, and veggies. I also ordered my usual Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal. The chicken filet inside the sandwich looked very dark in color and tasted a bit old. Sandwich was OK. Waffle fries and sweet tea were good, consistent with the other CFAs. The only reason I'm docking a star for this location is because it smelled like bleach/cleaning supplies the entire time we were there. I understand they were preparing to close for the night, but the aroma was way too strong. It was very unappetizing. Wow!! We had to walk past the drive - thru cars to get to the entrance door! So that really isn't very good architectural design in my view. We stopped here for a break - to pick up something to drink while en route from Memphis to Orlando and when we walked in, saw that this store was slammed with lines of all the folks who, like us, had stopped for a break. However all 6 of the registers were manned and so the line to purchase moved quickly but it was like a 10-15 min for the food to be ready. I got a large chips, large fruit cup and ice-coffee and cost was under $10. The fruit cup was great - juicy blueberries! The fries were crisp and tasty too. The ice-coffee with vanilla was decent but honestly the syrup had that fake vanilla taste, so would get it solo next time, or see if they could add some ice-cream or something. It really disappointed me to see that their Salt packet had ingredients with stuff other than salt. Seriously, what is up with that? Salt is a natural preservative and doesn't need other things added! I stopped eating their ketchup as it contains high-fructose corn syrup, and now I have to avoid the salt too!?? Service was very nice and friendly but it was hard finding a table because the store was so busy. Another con was that the ladies only had 4 stalls, so be prepared to wait. There was a huge pile up of food that was ready to be served but just sat out getting cold because the workers did not hand it out. It's hard to be a fan of a place that's so busy it ends up making a pit-stop nearly an hour (instead of 1/2 hour or less).
