Either way the floors were filthy in the pickup area .....wet floor signs were present but they were not so much wet as they were greasy and dirty as if they were not properly cleaned the day before. I wish there was a different one on my way to the government compound as I would avoid this one altogether, the service this morning was definitely not on par with their usual and with this location that seems to be the norm. I don't eat fast food, but if I do it's chick fil a sparingly when I get the taste for chicken!. This visit was all about my grandson, my wife asked him what he wanted to eat and he said McDonalds! So McDonalds it is, it's about the kids and what they want, sometimes! I love my grandkids and there isn't anything reasonable they ask for that I wouldn't give them!!!.. I asked him if he enjoyed his meal and he said yes, so 5 stars for McDonald's!!!...

The milkshake machine is broken however, I'm not sure if it will ever get fixed at this point They do have a 2for7 special that has been going on for quite a while Arby's also offers a happy hour, which include lower price, fries, sliders, and drinks There is ample sitting outside, and this location

A manager escalated a…read morenon-issue by calling police, fire, and medical responders regarding someone who was asleep in their car and not bothering anyone. The situation was handled without discretion or empathy and felt inappropriate and excessive. While I understand store policies, involving multiple emergency services in this way was unnecessary and embarrassing to witness. I use to regularly shop at Wawa and support this business, which made this experience even more disappointing. Most staff members at this location have been polite and respectful, but this particular interaction showed a serious lack of basic human empathy and poor judgment. The lack of empathy shown was alarming. Treating a human being as an inconvenience rather than exercising basic decency reflects poorly on the management at this location. This experience significantly changed how I view this location.

My wife and I decided to get some old bay seasoned wings from here because the night before we had them at a friend's house warming party because we both felt they were really flavorful. To make a long story short we ordered them and also placed an order of lemon and pepper to go along with the old bay wings and unfortunately we weren't as happy as we were with the old bay ones! First we requested the wings to be cooked extra crunchy and they were not ( luckily for us we were eating at home so we popped them in the air fryer for that crunch we desire on our bone in wings!. Second the wings had absolutely no flavor at all, no lemon or pepper flavor of seasonings!. I would try them out again but I wouldn't by that particular flavor of wings anymore!!.

To be clear the food was not made at this time. I asked that they reverse my charges since I paid via the website (the proprietary webpage; not DoorDash or similar). They told me no they can't refund my charges. I drove to the far away location because I wasn't going to just pay for and not eat over $100 worth of food. When I arrived they hadn't made my food and I had to sign my purchase receipt so I don't understand how they wouldn't have been able to refund my account! Really unprofessional service. I will be ordering from Wingstop from now on. Horrible and rude when I was asking questions as well. I tried to find resolution but they didn't want to help at all.
