Sometimes tossing them in an overpowering sauce or flavor on the outside muddles everything and I've had some very bad wings before elsewhere!!!! (Let's just say there was an episode of food poisoning that almost led to an emergency room visit...) I'm so glad they are indeed FRESH here!! The flavors for the wings were regular, not your typical Korean fried wings flavors like Garlic soy, Garlic Spicy, etc. I found that weird for a Korean fried chicken spot. The crab rangoons had a nice flavor but Luke warm. The styrofoam boxes that chicken was served in had to ventilation which made the wings soggy by the time we got home. When using styrofoam for froed foods, holes should be cut in the corners of the box for ventilation. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be interested in visiting again.
