I've always had a place in my heart for Burger King but lately it's been hit or miss. Were on vacation and decided to try the local BK and the only thing I can complain about was the drinks in the fountain machine was not good. So please check your lemonade and Hi C drinks please. The bathrooms were smelly which we saw like 2 people walk in off the street to use them. The food was ok I got the How to Train your dragon combo which was nothing impressive. I don't usually give reviews but I will make an exception in this case. Every, and I do mean every damn time that forget why I don't go to burger king, the people there remind me. Usually it is that they forget to add something that I ordered and paid for in the bag, or it was old and cold. However, this time they outdid themselves and I am not sure if its because the management is lacking or if they choose to employ people without self control, but one of them must have not eaten for a while because they decided to take a bite out of one of the chicken nuggets and put the half eaten thing back into the bag. Although, I purchased them for my dog, I still did not appreciate it, so I decided to call them up. After the phone rang and rang for at least 20 times, I began to get upset, but I kept on and finally got an answer. It was a rude female worker, she didn't understand why I was so upset and decided to give me a piece of her mind. I decided it was likely time to hang up and to go up the chain. I got food poisoning twice from them. First I got the fish sandwich, nothing else, and got sick, I assumed maybe it was a bad batch. Rude as heck when you ask for something like it isn't their job to make it my way. Ridiculous they were rude to my mother for absolutely no reason. And they work slow. All the time. The line moves one car at least every 5 minutes. Then you get pure rudeness at the end. read more

This burger king location received its first administrative complaint on July 15, 2021 including 14 health code violations which included presence of live, small flying insects inside the kitchen, food preparation, and food storage areas. In addition, upon each visit the health inspector has found ingredients being used beyond the time/temperature control on their containers.  This sickens me knowing I frequent this Burger King location. Literally the most disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever been in in my life. It was filthy. There were flies crawling all over everything in the kitchen and register area. I stood in line for half an hour and still didn't even get to order, so I just left. Went to the pilot station down the street where it was actually clean. Should be a big fat 0..... I just went thru the drive thru at 11.30 today and the young man that gave me my order was very non customer friendly.. not one word came out of his mouth and it was like he was bothered to be there. I received someone else's food on top of only half of my order.. the young man didn't want to listen shut the window in my face and walked away... I parked my car went inside and a very nice woman at the front counter was amazing and helpful . I didn't receive my chix fries or large fries and she had them made fresh for me.. everytime I go to this location they are so rude and not very friendly at all... Not sure where the manager was at. Staff needs CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING BADLY.... I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LICATION.. I'D RATHER DRIVE 14 MILES TO TOWN THAN GO HERE AGAIN!! read more

I ordered a fish sandwich. The fish was cold in the middle. The french fries were rockhard. I ordered a cup of ice which I had to pay for along with the beverage. The meal itself cost me over $11 which I think is ridiculous when you can't even eat it. read more

Order Food from Burger King Last night around 830 o 9. Got the steakhouse sandwich meal also spicy chicken meal ask for onion rings never got the rings both came with hard nasty fries hard and not fresh.. spicy chicken had long black hair in the wrapper. Spoke to Megan about no onion rings got the dipping sauce. On my sandwich was a white hard piece of plastic in the meat.. Spoke to Bonnie this morning they replace my meal but I not going back during night hours... The night crew needs to be retrained ......
