The tortillas chips were served warm. They were airy and crispy. The salsa was good but wished there was more of it...a bit chintzy on the salsa. My wife's arroz chaufa was quite good with savory soy sauce flavor and slight smokiness to it. My Lomo saltado was decent. The cut of meat was not the best and it lacked that distinctive smoky flavor we've gotten used to from meals we ate while in Peru. I've had better...but for $13.99, it's pretty good.
