Great service, was told to have a blessed day, and the drive thru was quick and smooth. Not sure about the inside but judging by the exterior it must be pretty good, as the building looks pretty new. Really stuck between a 2 & 3. The staff is nice so that's why I'm giving a 3 but the service is kind of slow, most days. And they tend to forget things and get orders wrong. This is my up the street McDonald's so I've ordered a few times & they either give me regular nuggets instead of spicy or forget sauces or forget added condiments such as bacon. This is based on one visit, and could be taken with a grain of salt, but I see that it has a lot of one and two star reviews. I can report that the restroom was just fine, and was the main reason we stopped during a long drive. Our mistake was ordering ice cream sundaes, which we did because we had craved them earlier in the trip but passed on them. But these sundaes were downright soupy. What we find is 2 plain burger patties sitting on a few greasy straggly pieces of lettuce. i called the store and spoke with the "mgr". I said I wanted a refund in my credit card. She said she couldn't do that without us coming back to the store. No apology. She frankly couldn't give a sh*t. I get on the McDonalds site and write to them. I stopped in here for breakfast on 12-29-2018. I ordered the sausage biscuit, two hash browns, one large orange juice and one large sweet tea. Upon entering the restaurant there was a little line, but it moved quickly. The cashier was quite friendly and helpful. In fact, he suggested how I could order my meal and get it cheaper. Thanks for the tip!! One thing that I also noticed were the kiosks, which I walked right by. I prefer the real person instead of a machine. The food was of good quality. Hot. The orange juice was nice and cold too. The sweet tea was SWEET too. The restaurant was clean. Employees were walking around checking on the customers and seeing what they could do to improve the dining experience. Wow!! Very nice. I like that kind of attention. The service here was awful. Normally I understand fast food places get busy and have to wait for the food to get done. But this place was just horrible. First of all, none of the workers wear gloves, which is nasty in my opinion. Also we ordered a pull apart donut and when they handed us the bag of food there was not a donut in the bag so we asked them about it and they told us "they don't have the pull apart donut". But why would they not offer us a refund or something else to eat if they knew they did not have that??? So they know they are not putting certain food items in peoples bags and ripping them off?? The employees and manager running this location are clueless and could care less about serving there customers quickly and efficiently. For a location that's so busy the food never seems to be fresh when i get it. There are cars cutting each other in the drive through lanes because of not properly divided lane, even though there's caution cones that I seen sitting in the bushes that can be used to divide the lanes evenly. Employee told me to wait two minutes for and apple pie. This was after waiting 20 minutes in the drive through. I waited five minutes in a parking spot then I decided to leave. This pandemic has changed the way fast food business conduct themselves every fast food location seems to be providing bad service and blames it on short staff and the pandemic. This location is nice and clean, but eVerytime I go there it's total chaos. Seems like nobody likes to use the register. They want everyone to use the self ordering machine.
