Horrible service! I didn't get what I ordered, I asked for 2 number 6 combos, one combo with steak and one with black beans. She said she asked me if the order was correct in the screen, it was correct before we left. I received instead, 3 soft tacos with beef. Even if she said I did order a number 2, WHERES THE STEAK!? I didn't receive a receipt so I couldn't confirm if she rang me up for steak or not. i called back to make a complaint and get a new order but she told me I agreed to what was o n the screen. I am assuming they are used to travelers coming through that won't turn around to fix their orders. To top it off, the black bean chalupas were a mess! $48 WASTED!!!!! If you're thinking about going to this tacobell don't waste your time or money. They're more then likely to get your order wrong, forget something and be rude when asking them to fix it. This all wouldn't of happened if the lobby would of been opened. Per the state of Florida open dining is available during covid. This is one of the only tacobell locations that I've been to that are closed on the inside... Sunday April 4th around 2:26 me and my fiancé placed two separate mobile orders, they were not busy what so ever, we pulled up to the window and they immediately asked us to pull around, we were okay with that and while we were talking to the lady with no name tag in the photo we said "please don't forget the sauce, most tacobell's do" we wouldn't of said that if the lobby would of been opened because we would of been able to go inside to get some, and or if they didn't send us away before giving us food we could of checked to see if the sauce was in the bag before pulling off.. we ordered two build your own boxes, two medium Baja blast with the box and the fiesta potato for one of the sides. When a gentleman brought our food out we noticed there was no sauce, no drinks, and no spork. I went inside and immediately the lady with no name tag yelled at me "LOBBY CLOSED" so I told her what was going on, I may of raised my voice a little due to the lack of empathy she had towards the situation and instead of asking if there was something wrong with my order or saying in a nice way the lobby was closed she yelled it very rudely. At the time I entered the building the door was unlocked. When I entered the building to get my drinks, sauce and spork I was handed a medium Baja blast and a small freeze. I told the lady with no name tag that this was not what I ordered, she then said it is what I ordered and I again said no it's not. She refused to give me the correct drink, so I then said "okay I'll bring this outside to my fiancé, however I'm sure he'll be coming back in because this is not the drink we ordered." My fiancé went to the door as soon as I handed him the drinks and she gave him the correct one. (Thank you for that, sucks it was a hassle and you could of just gave me the correct one when I explained to you it was wrong) I had two other friends that ordered mobile orders at the same location with us, they as well had really bad service and stuff was missing from their order. While being at that location we witnessed them messing up 3 separate orders. I would like contact from corporate or a owner, I think this lady with no name tag needs training. So weird! Their hours are posted on the door but during posted dine in open hours their front door was locked. This use to be a great place to go and eat great atmosphere as well as people gave a lot of great reviews but today was the worst service and food I've ever had here the line was out around door. Extremely slow getting to the register it took over 5 minutes for the one customer to get a credit card to scan then management was called over and got card to work she kept blaming his card. There was no sporks and when someone ask for some she just kept saying they were there. Never offered to get any finally someone else put some out After a long wait I finally got to order. However the supposed to be $1. New Grande Burrito was a 1.69 there and I was told to order it thru the internet if I wanted the price. I told her why should I wait in line just to order on my phone when I just wanted an advertising price I then went to pay with a TACO BELL GIFT CARD and their card machine refused it and said it was unavailable at this time. I paid for my 2 grande burritos and salad. However beans in salad was hard clump and shell was old tasting as well as extra beans I paid for was missing but when I brought it to isiash's attention I was told he had other orders to take care of the person at the register ask what the problem was but was just being nosy I guess because she went back to ringing up customers. Terrible AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered two separate orders thru drive thru, we received first order and were parked for second order and sat and waited 20 minutes!!! (NOT AN EXAGGERATION!!) received the other half of my order finally after going into the restaurant and standing around like a bobble head for 5 minutes before i finally got someone to acknowledge me!!! First order is now soggy and gross and when i went in to ask for a fresh order i was told no!!! BRANDY IS THE WORST MANAGER EVER!!! My experience here wasn't good at all. I arrived around 11:30pm. I believe they were closing within an hour in a half or so, the cashier provided good customer service but wasn't to aware that most of the things weren't been prepared anymore which this is a big negative for me! I understand 30 minutes before but like an hour in a half before that's just insane. We ordered food for like 5 people and you can imagine how long it took. More than 45 minutes to give us our order on top of that once I got home I ordered a chicken sandwich from KFC and I'm guessing they didn't have the whole chicken since they don't really have anything done anymore and they did my sandwich with small pieces of chicken.
