Great food! (Good portions) Great service! Nice location! Decent prices. A successful restaurant will have 3 things. A good meal at a fair price with good service. Moschello's is a successful restaurant because it has these 3 at a fair price. 4 of us dined there this evening and we all had a different meal. Calzone, lasagna, eggplant Parmesan ... and pizza. Great pizza too. Every meal was very satisfying. an additional note .. the busser, Andrew is to be commended.. Great young man. Very polite and very respectful. He continued to refer to me as "sir". Must have great parenting. The female server was the only server in a crowed place and she hustled. Very hard working your lady. Great job. We are going back for more. You should too. Bob read more

Their prices are way to high!! I've lived here 24 years and the prices have gone up just way to much, and the food can be much better Italian food! read more

We recently moved to Citrus Springs and this place was recommended to us by our landlord. We did a take out order and got the vegetarian pizza as well as a supreme pizza. Both pizzas were HUGE and they were both fantastic! The size of pizzas here for the price you pay is a really good value not to mention the flavor is great too! This location was super busy but the staff was welcoming and got us in and checked out quickly. The restaurant overall is very cute and charming inside. We will definitely be ordering from here again soon! read more

Food was great as was the service. We went twice during our visit to the area and would go again.

Pizza is why we drove almost an hour to try because we heard it was like what we are used to in NJ and it didn't disappoint. Excellent crust sauce and cheese. read more

The food and service was great! I would recommend it.I will be going back when in town.

Very good pizza Very good service and fair prices compared to other places in the area. I'm not sure if it's going to be my " go to" for pizza as I'm a native NY'er and still haven't found anything like back home ( and no, it isn't "the water" ) it's not freekn' rocket science people. Where is a great slice around here. read more

Best place for slices, spinach rolls are awesome! Great friendly staff. The pepperoni roll looks incredible.

This is our go-to spot in Citrus County for pizza! A great family owned establishment. Their pies are always great. Their garlic knots are a family fav as well. My mother who is from NY loves their spaghetti and meatball. My husband and I discovered their "pizza rolls" which is a smaller slightly different version of a calzone and WOW! Talk about yummy! It's nothing to write home about on the inside as far as decor but that to me is what makes it great. They focus on the service and food. Servers always are attentive and welcoming! We LOVE Mochellos read more

Got a large everything pizza which was like $23 It was maybe the worst pizza i have ever had. The franchise pizza joints are heads and tails better. read more

The best New York style pizza around. Very good. Looked for a true New York style pizza for a while. Finally found it!!!

Went there Saturday just before noon. Noticed sliced pizza on display under glass. Like a pizza with slices missing. I thought that's strange there's hardly any customers in here. I ordered a slice of veggie pizza, so, I know what yesterday's pizza tastes like. Soggy spinach, sad looking mushrooms. If that wasn't bad enough the must have tossed it in the oven because the top half was burnt. Don't go early,or if you do insist fresh pizza. Because that's what you're paying for. read more

Very good food, great service and very large portions. We had a large group and the service was wonderful.

We always take guests there because the menu is fabulous and has so many choices. We have never been disappointed. The pizza is the best in the area. Servers are so helpful and knowledgeable with unfamiliar items. read more

Outstanding most of the time. I did notice if you go on a early week day , for instance a Tuesday it is not worth the money. Food is blah. Seems like maybe owners aren't cooking maybe. idk read more

The place is dark the place needs to be fixed up a little the ceiling is horrendously dirty.Food is so so Service OK

Best pizza in the area. Only thing is I like to watch football (NFL) and eat pizza and they're closed on Sundays. The crust and sauce are great. The toppings are proportioned perfectly. read more

We purchased a gluten free pizza and it was wonderful and loaded with toppings. My husband had the lasagna and soup. Both were delicious and we are ordering carry out again tonight. read more

Great stop for a slice of pizza! The Pepperoni was great and so was the Ricotta, Garlic, Mozzarella slice. The crust is just right and the toppings ate tasty. The atmosphere here is also really cute. Also pretty fast service. read more

I'm giving 2 stars for the Pizza (Please do not call this New York Style Pizza...it is nothing like New York Pizza) because it's pretty good for the area I live in I've come to expect the cardboard crust I find at every Pizza place around here and we usually get our Pizza from Moschellos in Homosassa. But the terrible excuse for an Eggplant Parm hero/sub was a joke (see pic) the eggplant was sliced so thin there was no eggplant to be found, the horrible bread (also found everywhere in Florida) swallowed it and there was almost no cheese at all. There was probably about a dollars worth of eggplant on my $8.95 sandwich. The spinach roll was so thin and smushed and was so dry it was like it was a week old. The calzone would've been ok if there was cheese and ricotta in the whole thing and not just in the center, it was mostly pizza dough. I was very disappointed and would only recommend maybe stopping in for a pizza. I was tempted to grab a slice of the veggie pizza in the counter case until the girl behind the counter said there was ranch dressing on it....ranch dressing has no business being anywhere on a slice of Pizza! read more

Pretty good regular cheese pizza. Tried the white veggie and that was missing something. Needed ricotta cheese to make up for the lack of sauce. It was just cheese and bread and the veggies. read more

I don't get the appeal. While I always try to support small businesses, especially in small towns, I will not be going back. The food wasn't anything special. The meatballs tasted like they were pulled out of a spaghettio's can, and the sauce (at least with the meatball sandwich) just seemed like basic marinara from a can. It wasn't bad, wasn't memorable either. The pizza was disappointing. We were all hyped up about it from friends at work, and I got the same lack luster sauce, on tasteless crust. If you're looking for good Italian food, definitely worth taking the extra time to go to Piesanos in Ocala. However, if you're looking for a wonderful cannoli... my wife was incredibly satisfied... she would highly recommend, 10/10. Just, go somewhere else for the food. I don't know how anyone could recommend this place. I'm pretty sure that most of the positive comments here are by employees or family members of the business. There's nothing authentic or memorable about this place. read more

Seems to be closed for good. Too bad..they had a really good menu. Was there just a couple of weeks ago and they were busy.

Ordered 4 slices of pizzia $14.00 . Lady put pizza in the oven after 10 minutes sitting walked up to the counter. They had put pizza to side , she never checked on slices , She box up pizzia , I came home. Pizza was hard dry didn't have any sauce on it never will go there again. read more

This was our first visit to Moschello's II. We love pizza and wanted to try someplace different. We checked the reviews on Yelp and off we went. I was in the restaurant business mostly as a server for over 25 years throughout my life. So when I go into a restaurant, I can't help myself from making observations. So here's what I observed: First the not so great (save the best for last): *The ambience needs some updating. It definitely isn't modern by any means. The chairs don't match. I feel they should change some of the decor on the walls. It looks old and outdated. *They need to pay more attention to cleaning. The items on the walls were dusty, and there were crumbs around the floor. The menus were dirty on the inside. They should be wiping them down consistently. We were there after 3:30 pm, and it was not busy at all so really no excuse, and there were quite a few people milling around. *The server should have introduced herself. I had to ask for her name. She didn't suggestive sell anything or offer anything to us. She should have offered an appetizer and a dessert, at least point them out on the menu. It doesn't matter if it's not a fancy restaurant chain or just a small mom and pop place. It would've been nice for her to make suggestions. We don't expect that at a Taco Bell. Now the good: *The server was very friendly and attentive. *The pizza was outstanding! We had a medium half cheese/half sausage pizza. The crust was just right, pizza was cooked to perfection. Not too much sauce or too little, just the right amount of cheese. The taste of the pizza was fantastic. WE LOVED IT. We ordered soda, no apps or dessert. (Next door is an ice cream/Italian ice shop, and it was delicious, let alone excellent service). *Prices are moderate, somewhat expensive if you order a loaded pizza. The medium cheese with half sausage was over $13, not terrible. (each topping is $2.50 - not so good). Overall, we had a great visit. Noticed some small things that could be improved, but we DEFINITELY will be back for more pizza and maybe try a Stromboli. A great pizza place for sure. Definitely check it out! read more

Best pizza in the area. I love Moschellos and order from both locations. I always order ahead for takeout and while the place is always busy, they always have my order ready within 20-30 minutes max. Amazing crust on their pizza and the freshest ingredients to top. If you're looking for a great slice, this is the place. read more

Serice was good. Pizza was excellent and people were friendly. Not too long of a wait.

Great pizza my favorite in the area esp the veggie pizza -- no atmosphere but good service and food have eaten here several times and now the italian ice/ ice cream shoppe at the end of the plaza makes it even more of a foodie adventure read more

Their veggie pizza is a must have. I usually ask them to crisp the crust. This pie doesn't make it to see the next morning.

The servers young lady and her young man helper were incredibly efficient and took care of everyone there (and the place was slammed ) they get an A+ , food was good and the pizza oven was a bit backed up which was communicated by our server but it was not a problem and pizza came in good time consider they were packed and the phone didn't stop and people picking to go , we had pizza and salad and all 4 happy , I did see a few plates coming out steaming hot and looking great I'll try the chicken parm next time soon read more
